22kV Incomer panels (2 nos) shall be equipped with availability based tariff (ABT) meters bidrectional 0.2S class. All 22kV outgoing feeders shall be equipped with DLMS compatible energy meters.
It may be noted that 22kV panel height is constrained up to maximum 3 meters only.
22kV incomer panel shall be suitable for connecting 2 runs of 3x300sqmm XLPE UG cables and feeder panel shall be suitable for connecting 1 run of 3x300sqmm XLPE UG cables.
Trip relay 86 should be electrically resettable, Circuit Breakers shall be E2 M2 C2 Class as per IEC 62271-200, Resetting of REF relay shall be possible from SAS through operator console.
Also supply of one no. laptop with i7 processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD storage with Meter manufacturer software (ABT meters) for downloading load survey details with magnetic optical to USB communication cable.
Spring charging motor should be AC controlled or Universal type. DC control is not acceptable. with following spares.
