The bidder should have experience in executing works of 11kV or Higher capacity OH Line Construction with AB Cable during the previous 5 years. They should also have experience in executing HT/ Higher capacity Electrical Turnkey works during the previous 5 years. The bidder must have completed at least one HT/ Higher capacity Electrical Turnkey work for 50% of the tender PAC value or at least 2 contracts, each of minimum 30% of the tender PAC value during the previous 5 years. In case of a manufacturer of AB Cable who is not having construction experience of Aerial Bunched Cable line, they can propose sub-contractors who have completed at least 50% of equivalent quantity of ‘work’ in this bid during the previous five years. Previous Experience of Constructing HT ABC of size 3 x 120 sq.mm + 1 x 95 sq.mm (insulated messenger wire) on Turn Key Basis is also required. Details of similar nature of work completed previously are required, including name of work, name and address of client, % quoted and quoted PAC, period of contract, whether completed in time/before time/after time, and year of completion. The bidder's Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) for the best three years out of the last five financial years should not be less than an amount equivalent to 75 % of PAC. No specific amount is mentioned for the MAAT, but the Networth of the bidder must be positive. Copies of Work Orders and Performance Certificates are required to be submitted as proof of the completed works.
