Doing HDD along/ across roads, supplying and pulling 125mm HDPE pipe duct and drawing 11kV 3x300Sq mm Aluminium XLPE UG cable through the duct including surveying the site for collecting information about under ground utility installations and other obstructions using suitable modern sensing equipments, restoring the damages occurred if any, pit marking, pilot drilling, pre raming, closing of pits with normal soil/filled sand/crusher sand and consolidation to the satisfaction of the road owner and traffic police as they insist, taking the cable to the open trenches, RMUs, transformer yards etc., mounting the cable after providing loop at 1.2m depth , putting HDPE (PN-6,Kg/sq mm) at rising point(0.5 m below ground level and 1.5m above ground level) making RCC jointing chambers for straight joints if any, testing commissioning, placing route markers at 100m interval, writing identification name ,date of laying ,date of commissioning etc. legibly on the cable rising using polyurathane paint etc. as per the direction of departmental officers including supply of HDPE pipe. (includes cost of labour, transportation charges of UG cable etc.)

Transporting poles by hired vehicle to a distance upto 5km and carrying upto 4 poles excluding loading & unloading.

Fitting one set AB switch and giving connection

Drilling hole of various sizes on existing Channel/Cross Arm.

Fitting one set (3No.) 11kV LA and giving connections excluding earthing.

Fitting and providing one HT Stay for 11kV pole incl. digging & back filling pit.

Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for HT Pole/HT Stay in Hard Laterite.

Providing additional HT stay insulator in existing stay.

Doing one cable end termination on cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit supplied departmentally.

Doing straight joint on cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit supplied departmentally as per specification.

Mounting the cable ends of all sizes upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm with special type cable clamps incl. cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary connections.

Fitting and erecting one HT PSC Pole in position incl. fitting cross arm, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads.

Loading HT PSC pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle).

Fitting and erecting one HT PSC Pole in position including digging & back filling pit (excluding the rate for fitting of V cross arm, F Clamp)

Additional rate for excavation of one Earth Pit (2.5m depth) in Hard Laterite.

Providing one Earth using earth pipe incl. digging separate pit at standard distance away from the pole/structure & backfilling.

Fitting and erecting one HT DP using A type pole in position incl. fitting 2 channel cross arms, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads.

Loading HT A type pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle).
