Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature forwaterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement,water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/ subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 partsintegral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 partsintegral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying thesame from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The materialshall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducingpermeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as perDIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystallineslurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The workshall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against anyleakage.For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm. Including surface preparation and re-arrangements of small items like water tank, water pipe..etc

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead: With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

Providing and fixing plastic/fiber plaster mesh in the junction of RCC and Masonry (Materials of different thermal expansion/contraction properties) Atleast 100mm on either face (total 200mm width)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and thelike by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth includingnecessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufactureto give an even shade: One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cementpaint surface

Scrapping and cleaning old painted iron surface with sand paper wherever necessary as per the direction of department officers

Applying priming coat with epoxy primer of approved brand and manufacturer on steel galvanized iron/Steel works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ofrequired colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete.
