Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 20 mm

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing PVC batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings)

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of following sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required. 150 mm X 150 mm X 60 mm deep

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with 8mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight reinforced with fibre and natural filler false calcium silicate ceiling Boards of Size 595mm x 595mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum) [acoustic tiles]. Supplying & fixing false ceiling using non asbestos fibre reinforced multipurpose cement boards 60cm x 60cm of 6mm or nearest available size of approved make with heavy guage powder coated G I - T/L section 25*25*1.65mm or nearest size suitably spaced to form panels of 600mm*600mm using required fittings such as G I wire nails, G I wire, steel screws etc complete including cost of all materials, making opening for electrical fittings, scaffolding, all labour etc complete as directed by departmental officers at site

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. complete as per specifications or as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting two coats with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour etc. complete as per specifications or as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
