The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 5 years, with the similar works defined as "Construction of RCC framed structure building of at least 2 storeys including Internal Electrical Installations and services such as Fire-Fighting and HVAC, executed under one agreement in India". The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Two similar completed composite works each of value not less than 60% of the Estimated cost put to tender, or - One similar completed composite work of value not less than 80% of the Estimated cost put to tender. The experience is evaluated based on the details provided in Form C, with 20 marks allocated to this attribute. The marks are awarded on a pro-rata basis for experience between the minimum and maximum eligibility criteria, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more.
