Filling with available earth ( excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers ( each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth ( Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer - in- charge, including compacting each layer by rolling / ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer - in-charge

Detailed surveying of the cable route along the alignment fixed by the Board, including excavation of trial pits in all classes of soil 1.2X1.00X1.20m size (10 Nos/Km) as per site requirements for identification of existing cable or other utilities in the proposed cable route at 100m intervals and junctions for avoiding damages to the existing cable and preparation of profile drawing for cable laying and preparation of final cable route in 6 sets of hard and a soft copy in a scale of 1cm:10m indicating the position of Cable joints, position of cable route marker, landmarks, etc. after completing the work and energizing for the use of permanent record

Transport of UG Cable,Line and Earth conductors issued departmentally for the works from departmental stores Angamaly and distribution to locations for erection including storage if necessary, loading and unloading charges etc

Horizontal directional drilling under National highway/PWD road at a depth not less than 3 m for Laying 160mm,8PN,100PE HDPE and 40mm, 8kgf/cm2 HDPE pipe in a single bore in all classes of soil for laying cable and OFC including all charges for the hire charges of machinery, surveying the site for collecting information about under ground utilities, sensing the existing utilities using suitable sensing equipments, supplying and laying HDPE pipes(160mm 8PN,100PE and 40mm,8kgf/cm2) through the single hole and all sundry expenses ,after providing all necessary precautions to be followed as per IS specifications carefully without damaging the existing pipe lines, cables, water lines etc.and rectifying the damages if any occurred to the existing installations and at the locations specified by the dept. officers- in soil

Laying Departmentally issued 3 x 300 sq mm XLPE cables in trench including drawing through already laid pipes wherever necessary. including all charges for handling, uncoiling and paving of cable in trenches using standard cable handling equipments after providing all necessary precautions to be followed as per IS specifications carefully without damaging the existing pipe lines, cables, water lines etc.and rectifying the damages if any occurred to the existing installations and stacking the balance cable safely to the store etc. complete.

Supplying aluminium cable tags punching number and alphabets up to 7 digits and binding to cable using copper wire including cost of all materials as per the direction of Board Officials at site.

Supplying and laying in position PVC warning tape 100microne or higher size, 400mm wide, marked " DANGER 33KV POWER CABLE of letter size 200mm x 5 mm over the slab in the cable trench at a depth of 30 cm below the ground level through out the entire length of cable trench as per the direction of departmental officers

Mounting one 3x300 mm2 XLPE out door cable termination of structures very carefully without causing any damaged to the drilling holes wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers

Doing out door/indoor cable termination of 3x300 mm2 33KV XLPE cable very carefully observing directions of manufactures and departmental staff including crimping of socket

Doing straight joint of 3x300 mm2 33KV XLPE cable very carefully observing directions of manufactures and departmental staff including crimping of socket

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required. Transport of Tower extensions and other structures and all other materials including earthing materials issued departmentally for the works from departmental stores Angamaly and distribution to locations for erection including storage if necessary, loading and unloading charges etc

Providing interconnection between equipments using ACSR Moose/ Kundah/ wolf Single conductor at both ends with compressed/ bolted ends including uncoiling and cutting of conductor as per the direction of departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Cutting the bituminous / concrete roads with cutting machine for a minimum depth of 200mm along the sides of proposed alignment of the pipe to be laid without causing any damage to other utilities, including the charges for hire and conveyance of tools and plant, cost of consumables and charges for lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffice diversion, and as per the direction of departmental officers etc. complete, before carrying out the demolition of bituminous / concrete road by mechanical means and carrying out the excavation.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge. 15.2.2 Nominal concrete 1:4:8 leaner mix ( including equivalent design mix)

Welding charge for welding on iron parts using arc welding as per standards

Item No. 2.9.3 medium Rock ( Blasting prohibited). The soil condition is very hard latterate / Black rock like latterate, Which is not possible to excavated with hydrualic wxcavator/manual. Only chiseling by compressor/rock hammer is the only possible methode. So this data taken as observed one.

Laying of departmentally supplied GI strip/Copper strip of suitable size including cleaning and neatly bending of strips ,cutting, removing of metal/earth in the yard and

Welding overlapping joints of 50x6mm GI strip with 50mm long, 6mm thick welding on all three sides after doing 2 Nos. bolted joints at the centre as specified after cleaning the surface. Charges includes hire charges of DC arc welding set, current charges, cost of low hydrogen content DC arc welding electrodes( No.E7018) cost of anti corrosive paint etc. complete.
