Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead: With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth including all labour, material, conveyance charges etc complete including charges for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers

Making the opening in brick maonry including dimantling in floor or walls by cutting maonry and making good damage to wall,flooring and jamb complete to match existing surface including disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearet muncipal dumping ground all complete ass per the direction of Engineer in charge. for door/ window/ cleretory window

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty 14.5.1. Float glass panes of thickness 5.5 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/structuralnon sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as perarchitectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete,complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical mean(hydraulicnexcavator)/manual mean over area(exceeding 30cm in depth ,1.5m in width a well as 10qm on plan) including dipoal of excavated earth lead upto 50m nd lift upto 1.5m dipoed earth to be levelled and neatly dresed

Painting with acid proof paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two coats on old work over a priming coat of thinnable cement primer after removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping ,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth

Finishing exterior walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint two coats of required shade over a priming coat of thinnable cement primer after removing dry or oil bound ditemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the urface smooth

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint two coat for old surfaces of wood work and steel work after rubbing with and paper and cleaning the surfaces
