Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. 

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete: 75 mm 

Providing avd fixing aluminium work for door, windows, ventilators and partitions with extrudeed built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading to glazing / paneling C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 2"x1.5" sections ,minimum 1mm thickness, with 3mm thick ACP sheet and 5.5mm thick float glass panes for partitions, as per directions of Engineer incharge

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. auto close hinges with necessary screws etc. complete. 

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupbord/ward robe shutters, inluding fixing with necessary screws etc. complete.Double strp (horizontal type)

Providing and fixing Thomson Multi wood board or equivalent make paneling 12 mm thick, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete ( Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately) as per the direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete. 

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work 

providing and fixing powder coated telescopic drawer channels 300 mm long with necessary screws etc. complete as per directions of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing Thomson Multi wood board or equivalent make paneling 18 mm thick, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete ( Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately) as per the direction of site Engineer-in-charge.
