Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623.Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc. Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 2.00mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)

Supply and Installation of High mast lighting system as per following specification , 8Mtr high mast system with all its accessories.Mast shaft shal be in single section,Galvanisation of single hot dipped for wind velocity as per IS 875,Head frame assembly 2 point suspension system with steel with steel wire rope 5mm dia(7/9 construction) and winching system arrangement conforming to IS with Galvanised lantern carriage suitable for accommodating 6 LED flood light luminaries symmetricaly and its control gear box lightning spike.The mast shall have an integral three phase operation power tool installed inside the base conpartment for its operation.Supply and convayance foundation bolt made of EN 8 grade special steel along with nuts,washers,anchor plates and templates,supply,erection,testing,and commissioning of LED aviation obstruction light.It shall also consist of suitable control for power tool three phase motor, manual handle,power cable between panel and mast and giving connection.Construction of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast considering safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/qmtr at 2 meter depth with reinforcement for RCC works,bend tied and placed in position (plain grill requiring bend cold) using forsteel including form work for reinforced cement concrete and excavation of soil including neat banking .erection and commissuioning of above high mast with the help of crane/derric and outher suitable equipment and wiring of luminaries with wiring materials.Supply and fixing cubicle type MV panel board as per form 4 of IS 8623 including 40 A DP RCBO 100 ma,SP MCB 16A 3 nos,32A DP MCB 1no,Cyclic timer with AC coil and giving connection Highmast pole and accessories

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of Highmast light. including form work etc. as required (As per drawing ,excluding reinforcement).

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
