Partition to be fixed for a height of 270 cm Frame work to be finished with 19mm thick plywood( IS 710 Grade, BWP,). Both sides of the frame to be fixed with 9 mm thick ply( IS 710 Grade, BWP , ).Finish both side of the partition with 0.8mm thick laminate sheet (Greenlam HSC).Finish the partition with necessary grooves, electrical/Window openings if any. PLYWOOD FLUSH DOOR WITH LAMINATE FINISH: Providing and fixing flush door with frame, Door shutter frame finished using 19 mm thick Plywood (IS 710 grade, ) & finished with 0.8 mm laminate (Greenlam HSC). Door shutter made of 19mm thick plywood/door ply, both sides finished with 9mm thick plywood, both sides of the shutter to be finished using 0.8 mm thick laminate using Suitable Adhesive. Complete the door with necessary accessories( SS Hinges, 8” double sided SS handle, Concealed lock, Auto Closer , Tower bolt etc.).Including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour etc. complete. Frame Work to be finished with 19 mm thick Plywood ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ,).All outer portion of the table to be finished with 0.8 mm laminate Sheet (Greenlam HSC) as per drawing. Inner portion of the table to be finished with 0.7 mm laminate Sheet(Greenlam/Equivalent) as shown in the drawing.Finish the table with Keyboard Tray, CPU provision , 2 shelf, 2 drawer, and Footrest. Storage to be finished with 19 mm thick Plywood ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ,) &6 mm ply to be fixed on back side of storage ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ,) . Outer portion of the storage to be finished with 0.8 mm Laminate sheet (Greenlam HSC) as per drawing. Inner portion of the storage to be finished with 0.7 mmlaminate Sheet(Greenlam/Equivalent).Back side of the storage to be finished with one coat Primer. Full height sliding door with 20 mm block board to be provided for the storages. Use necessary SS hinges, SS handles, Locks, etc(Make: Hettich/Ebco).Finish as per drawing with necessary grooves, projections & electrical openings if any. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. Width of storage will be 43cm.

WALL AND PILLAR PANELLING: Providing & fixing Wall panelling and pillar panelling , height 270 cm, as per architect approved drawing. Frame work to be finished using 19 mm ply ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ,). 9 mm ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ,) ply to be fixed over the frame work. Finish the exterior part of the panelling using 0.8 mm thick laminate(Greenlam HSC) as per the pattern shown in the drawing. Finish the panelling with necessary projections, grooves, electrical/Window openings if any. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per drawing. Only visible areas will be measured

GYPSUM FALSE CEILING: Providing and fixing gypsum suspended ceiling, which includes Gyproc surface ribbed perimeter channels (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centers. The suspending G.I intermediate channels of size 45mm, at every 610mm c/c. Ceiling sections of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 610mm centres. 12mm mm tapered edge Gypsum is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment (All G.I channels are Saint-Gobain Gyproc). The 12mm thick saint gobain boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edge of the boards with jointing compound & joint paper tape. Rate shall be inclusive of Cut outs for A/c machines, spot lights, light fixtures, A/C. Grills, fire and security systems cut outs, All Sections should adhere to the manufacturers guidelines. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per drawing.

10MM THICK MILKY WHITE GLASS FOR COUNTER TABLES: Supplying and fixing of 10 mm thick milky white e top on top of tables. There should not be joints on individual table tops. All the edges have to be neatly moulded as per the the length of the table. Edges to be moulded tidily as per architects satisfaction. SIDE TABLES WITH STORAGES FOR COUNTER: Providing and placing side tables made of 19 mm ply ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ) and finished with 1 mm laminate. 4 shelves of 19mm thick board to be placed below. 10 mm thick float glass (approved make) to be placed on top. All necessary hardware like hinges, screws, multipurpose locks, stoppers, drawer slides, ball catchers to be provided. All inside surfaces should be laminated with approved laminate. Size( 60x40x60cm). Rate to be inclusive of transportation, labour etc. Work to be finished as per architect’s satisfaction.

ZEBRA ROLLER BLINDS. Applying Luxes 100 mm roller blinds using imported single stem runner, operating chain, link chain and USA pat P32564control unit. The handrail must be powder coated slim line aluminium, a 3 way shiftiness to roll 360 degrees and moving. The fabric must be water and oil repellent. The bottom shall be weight galvanized. Approx rate Rs.180/Sqft DESIGN: As per architect choice

Plastic Emulsion Paint Application Applying two or more coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved make over a coat of primer on walls and ceiling. The work includes sand papering, applying of 2 coats of wall putty of Birla make/equivalent to give even and smooth finish as per directions of the bank. Rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour etc.

Wallpaper Providing and fixing premium quality wall paper on the wall surface. Rate to be inclusive of all material, labor, adhesive cost etc. Wallpaper to be selected by architect. Rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour etc.

Supply, design and locating of 18mm/20mm/25mm junction boxes ISI slandered (precession) 1/2/3/4 ways normal/deep size as to give ceiling connections and drawing circuits through 20 mm size of pvc pipe–ISI standard (GEO., PRESESSION, CONSEAL) and inter connecting the JB`s circuit separately and for ceiling terminations.
