The rate shall include preparing the surface as required. Painting to include primer coat and finished in 2 coats high quality mat finish enamel paint of brush finish of Nerolac/ Berger/ Dulux/ Asian/ Jotun or equivalent to give even and smooth finish. Rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, etc.
