60.68.1 : GeoTextile tubes - Supply of GeoTextile tubes with shroud covering (9.42m circumference, 20m length) and top covering with shroud for top tube of groins which are quality tested which shall be made up of polister, high strength woven geotextile material fabric, having 175 Kn/m tunsile strength in MD and 175KN /m in CMD with AOS (095) of 0.250mm as per ASTM codes in vogue as per direction of Engineer in charge

60.68.2 : Installation of Geotubes - Installation of 2no.s bottom tubes and 1no. top Geotextiletubes of length 20m on land (dry installation) including transportation of tubes to filling location, unrolling the tubes, laying on land at desired position, Hydraulic filling of Geotextile tubes using excavated sand with the help of dredge pump or by some other mechanical means as necessary to achieve a suitable finished height of not less than 55% of diametre of tube , closing the port mouth suitably as per standard practice and placeing the filled Geotextile Tubes in position. All complete as per the proposed section and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

65.17 : Supplying granite quarry run from approved quarry to sorting site by lorry/ tipper, and sorting the stones into 5 kg to 10 kg category stones of approved quality with specific gravity ranging from 2.65 to 2.8 for forming the filter layer of breakwater inclusive of cost of stones, hire of lorries and machineries, labour charges required at quarry and at sorting place and the measurements of categorized stones after proper sorting are taken on weigh bridge installed at site at the cost of the contractor with approved software having printouts using contractors supplied papers, stationeries and conveyed to the approved alignment of the breakwater including conveyance from sorting platform and dumping stones using tippler (3.5x2.5 sqm size) or any suitable methods installed at site on a moving crane having a capaciaty of not less than 20T and placing the stones at sea bed in uniform layer of design thickness for forming filter layer of breakwater as per the approved drawing and design and inspecting the profile once in a week including hire and operational charges of T & P, tippler, crane and all incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.Thiruvananthapuram District

65.18 : Supplying blasted rock from approved quarry to sorting site by lorry/ tipper, and sorting the stones into 10kg to 200kg category stones of approved quality having specific gravity ranging from 2.65 to 2.8 for forming the core of rubble mound breakwater inclusive of cost of stones, hire of lorries and machineries, labour charges required at quarry and at sorting place and measurements of categorized stones after proper sorting are taken on weigh bridge installed at site at the cost of the contractor with approved software having printouts using contractors supplied papers, stationeries and conveyed to the approved alignment of the breakwater and rehandling and forming the core of the break water to the lines and levels as per the approved drawings and inspecting the profile once in a week with tolerance of +/- 20cm in final levels including all cost and labour charges, hire and operational charges of light crane and cost of spalls/ quarry muck and labour for forming the roadway for movement of lorries/ tippers / cranes etc including all incidental charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site Thiruvananthapuram District

65.19 : Supplying blasted rock from approved quarry to sorting site and sorting the stones into 300kg to 500kg category stones of approved quality having specific gravity ranges from 2.65 to 2.8 for forming the secondary armour and berm of rubble mount breakwater inclusive of cost of stones, hire of lorries and machineries, labour charges required at quarry and at sorting place and the measurements of catagorised stones after proper sorting are taken on weigh bridge installed at site at the cost of the contractor with approved software having printouts using contractors supplied papers, stationeries and conveyed to the approved alignment of the breakwater and forming the secondary armour and berm of the breakwater to the lines and levels as per approved drawings with tolerance of +/- 20 cm in final levels including all cost and labour charges, hire and operational charges of mobile crane and excavator, rehandling, placing and packing and using mobile crane, inspecting the profile once in a week and cost of spalls/quarry muck and hire of machineries for forming the roadway for movement of lorries/tippers/cranes etc including all incidental charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site Thiruvananthapuram District

od5934/2019_2020 : Supplying blasted rock from approved quarry to sorting site and sorting the stones into 2T to 3T category stones of approved quanlity having specific gravity ranges from 2.65 to 2.8 for forming the primary armour and berm of rubble mount break water inclusive of cost of stones, hire of lorries and machineries, labour charges required at quarry and at sorting place and the measurements of catagorised stones after proper sorting are taken on weigh bridge intstalled at site at the cost of the contractor with approved software having printouts using contractors supplied papers, stationeries and conveyed to the approved alignment of the break water and forming the primary armour of the break water to the lines and levels as per approved drawings with tolerance of +/-20 cm in final levels including all cost and labour charges, hire and operational charges of mobile crane, inspecting the profile once in a week and cost of spalls/quarry muck and hire of machineries for forming the road way for movement of lorries / tippers/crane etc including all incidental charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site
