Full Height Partition Both Side Lamination:-Providing full height partitions with hard wood frames of size 5 x 5 cm vertically and horizontally at 60 cms spacing, or at closer intervals as per site conditions, 6 mm BWR 303 grade ply and 1 mm laminate (in two colours as per design) of approved make on both sides of partition. Necessary holes must be made in the frame sections to run the wires ,computer cables wherever necessary. Similarly necessary cutting to be made in the plywood surface to fix switch boxes of electrical, telephone sockets,computer information outlets etc. (Measurement of payment only up to bottom of false ceiling. Main wooden frame section of partition will go up to the bottom of RCC slab)

Half glazed and half panelled full height partition:-Providing full height partitions with hard wood frames of size 5 x 5 cm vertically and horizontally at 60 cms spacing, or at closer intervals as per site conditions, 6 mm BWR 303 grade ply and 1 mm laminate (in colours as per design) on both sides upto100 cms high, glazing from +100 to 210 cms level with 12 mm bevelled glass with emblem and sticker works and door. Glazing to be in big panels as per design wherever required. Glass to be fixed with polished decorative teak wood beadings.Necessary holes must be made in the frame sections to run the wires ,computer cables wherever necessary. Similarly necessary cutting to be made in the plywood surface to fix switch boxes of electrical, telephone sockets,computer information outlets etc. (Measurment for payment only up to bottom of false ceiling. Main section of partition will go up to the bottom of RCC slab)

Hollow Core Drywall partition:-Providing & fixing approved make hollow core drywall system using 51mm wall framing systems as core with 9mm thick Fibre cement boards fixed according to company specifications including additional frames for fixing doors. The partition should withstand its weight. The joints shall be finished with putty to appear jointless. The partition shall be finished with good quality a coat of primer 2 coat painting etc.complete. The partition shall be extended upto true ceiling or bottom of beam.

Low height partition:Providing and fixing 120 cms high partition with wooden frame of size 5 x 5 cm vertically and horizontally at 60 cms spacing, or at closer intervals as per site conditions.6 mm BWR 303 grade ply wood and 1 mm laminate (in 3 colours) on both sides upto + 90 cms level, 12 mm plain glass with slits, etching and edge polishing from + 90 to + 120 cms level, .Glass to be fixed with polished wood beadings. Necessary provision for electrical switches may be provided.

Front Glass:- Providing and fixing 12 mm plain glass with edge polishing. Glass to be fixed with polished wood beadings.The emblem and sticker works are as per the detailed drawing.

Single Window Counter partition:-Providing partitions for cash cabins with 5 x 5 cms size hardwood frames vertically and horizontally at 60 cms spacing, or at closer intervals as per site conditions, 6 mm BWR 303 grade ply and 1 mm laminate (in 3 colours as per design) on both sides upto 0 to 90cm height, glazing from +90 to +180 cms level with 12 mm glass with etching and edge polished grooves, access doors wherever required in matching pattern with hardwood frames, Glazing to be in big panels as per design. Necessary holes must be made in the frame sections to run the wires ,computer cables wherever necessary. Similarly necessary cutting to be made in the plywood surface to fix switch boxes of electrical, telephone sockets,computer information outlets etc.Glass to be fixed with polished wood beadings.Voucher tray of size 15 x 25 x 5 cm with 19 mm BWR 303 grad ply, 1 mm laminate, wooden lipping etc. to be given for each cash cabin

Semi glazed Flush doors with Both side Mica:-Providing and fixing 30 mm thick single leaf solid core and resin bonded flush door water proof quality with 1 mm thick lamination on both side with 12mm glass and etching including external wooden lipping all round the shutters, all as per drawing and instruction. the doors and lamination of approved make, colour and design including all best quality hardware, brass hinges,mortice lock with cylindrical lock, 7.5x1cm size hard wood skirting etc;. complete.

Semi glazed Aluminium door : Providing and fixing door using 10 mm glass and Particle board. 100x40x2.4mm (1.867kg/m) aluminium section on 4 side and middle up to 120cm height including all best quality hardware,SS Tower bolt, SS hinges, Mortise lock,powder coated Aluminium handle fixed to the frame for All door etc;. complete

Wicket doors with Both side Mica 75 cm Height:- Providing and fixing 30 mm thick single leaf solid core and resin bonded flush door water proof quality with 1 mm thick lamination on both side external wooden lipping all round the shutters, all as per drawing and instruction. the doors and lamination of approved make, colour and design including all best quality hardware, SS Tower bolt, SS hinges, lock etc;. complete.

Clerical Counter:-Providing table type clerical counters 75 cms wide, 75 cms height, with table top, ,vertical dividers on both sides of drawer units and between counter seats all in 19 mm BWR 303 Grade plywood. 5x3 cm wooden frame to be given horizontally below inner edge of counter top for the entire length of the counter. 2" dia SS pipe to be provided as footrest. and necessary plywood frame work for drawer units to be given. Each seat (about 150 cm to 165 cm wide) to have key board tray and wire manager, One drawer and one storage space with Godrej make multi latch locks,Recessed Handle(Shutter Handle -Aluminium 3012 Square) (Ebco/eqlt). Key board tray with 19 mm BWR 303 Grade ply and 1 mm laminate etc. Drawers to have 'Ebco' brand telescopic drawer slides.Counter top to be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved colour and 8mm thick glass . All external surfaces 1 mm laminate finish and internal surfaces finished with two coats of enamel paint over two coat of primer & one coats of putty. Front vertical side of counter to be provided with two coloured lamination as per design etc. complete. 10mm thick wooden lipping for all exposed plywood edges.

Single window counter:- Providing single window counters 90 cms wide, 113 cms height, ledger top 90 cm width, transaction top 60 cms width, vertical dividers on both side of drawer units and between counter seats all in 19 mm BWR 303 Grade plywood. 5x3 cm wooden frame to be given horizontally below inner edge of counter top for the entire length of the counter. providing 10mm thick wooden lipping for all plywood edges. 2" dia SS pipe to be provided as footrest. and necessary plywood frame work for drawer units to be given."The drawer units shall have separators made of 6mm plywood painted with enamel after applying a smooth coat of putty to store different denominations of currency." Each seat (about 150 cm to 165 cm wide) to have key board tray and wire manager,Recessed Handle (Shutter Handle -Aluminium 3012 Square), Key board tray with 19 mm BWR 303 Grade ply and 1 mm laminate etc. Ledger top & Transaction top to be finished with 1 mm laminate and 8mm thick glass. False ceiling:-Providing seamless false ceiling with GI frame work and 12.5 mm thick gypsum board sheets, as per standard specifications of Approved make for horizontal and vertical surfaces including providing cutouts for light fittings, painting with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint over primer and putty etc. complete

Cornice: Providing moulded plaster of paris cornice having size 10 x 5 cms including painting

Tables: Providing table with 60 cms wide, 75 cms height, with table top, 5x3 cm wooden frame to be given horizontally below inner edge of counter top for the entire length of the counter. Providing 10mm thick wooden lipping for all plywood edges. Wooden foot rest of 7.5 x 3 cm size and necessary plywood frame work for drawer units to be given. Side unit for table:- Providing table side unit with 19mm BWR 303 grade ply for top, intermediate shelf, three vertical sides, sliding doors and 9 mm ply wood for rear side.All external surfaces and top including rear side with 1 mm laminate finish , all fixtures, Godrej locks nylon bushes,Recessed handle (Shutter Handle -Aluminium 3012 )(Ebco/eqlt) , wooden lippings etc. complete. All internal surfaces finished with two coat of primer & one coats of putty over two coats of enamel paint. size :100x45x75 cm

Writing ledge / cheque drop box / suggestion box : Supply/ installing wall mounted writing desk, cheque drop box, suggestion box as per detailed drawing. all fixtures, Godrej locks nylon bushes,Recessed handle (Shutter Handle -Aluminium 3512 ) (Ebco/eqlt) , wooden lippings etc. Outer sides shall be laminated and inner sides shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer & two coats of putty.

Door Closer : Supplying and fixing 'everite' make hydraulic door closer including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for fixing, etc. complete as per directions of site incharge.

Pantry Counter :- Providing table type pantry counters 60 cms wide, 75 cms height, with table top, front apron, vertical dividers 19 mm BWR 303 grade plywood. 5x3 cm wooden frame to be given horizontally below inner edge of counter top for the entire length of the counter. Wooden foot rest of 7.5 x 3 cm size .Counter top to be provided with 20 mm edge bevelled and edge polished granite (jet black). All external surfaces 1 mm laminate finish and internal surfaces with enamel finish. 10mm thick beach wood lipping for all plywood edges.

Full Ht./Low Ht. Laminated Storage -Fabricating and fixing 45cm deep storage unit constructed out of 19mm. Thk BWR.ply sides and 19mm thick shutters-side hung with 1mm laminate, 12mm.thk hHW lipped BWR.ply bottom with SS Hinges. Exposed edges should be provided with wooden lipping. All external surfaces and top including rear side with 1 mm laminate finish , all fixtures, Godrej locks, Recessed handle (Shutter Handle -Aluminium 3512 ) (Ebco/eqlt),nylon bushes, wooden lippings etc. complete. All internal surfaces finished with two coat of primer & one coats of putty over two coats of enamel paint.

Stage Platform: Providing 30 cm height Box 50mm x 50mm GI tubular framework for outer edges and intermediate sections of 32mm x 32mm x 2mm size. This shall be suitably supported on 50mm x 50mm x 2.5mm GI sections at intervals. The framework and19mm ply shall be covered with laminated wooden flooring of Banks approved design Basic rate of wooden flooring Rs.145/sqft(make: Pergo/Welspun)

Roller Blinds : Supplying and providing roller blinds with smooth operations using manual and clutch roller controlled by a continuous cord loop . The blind is to be fixed within the window opening .The fabric shall be of sunscreening quality and of approved shade .Top Roller and bottom roller of powder coated Aluminium ( Make Marvel/ Vista)

Notice Board : Providing and fixing to the wall, notice board of size 90cm x120cm, with 18mm BWR grade plywood as base with 1mm Blue colour laminate pasted on to it on both faces and edge banded with matching colour. The board shall have sandwich panels of different sizes as shown in the drawings. The panels shall be made of 2 nos 6mm thk acrylic boards fixed to the board using 12mm Glass studs,labour charge etc
