Leak rectification work in 50 mm PVC (Class 2 to 6) pipe line including detecting and locating leak, earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, cutting the pipe diametrically perpendicular to the axis of pipe line with out causing any damages to the remaining portion, dismantling and lifting the pipe from trenches, smoothening the cut ends, conveying the new pipe to the site, cutting and lowering new pipe in to the trenches,placing in positionaligning the pipe to line and level and jointing the new pipe with the existing pipe with solvent cement or or any available joint and testing the pipe line by operating the valves concerned, and rectifying thedefects if noticed and without causing any damages to the existing utilities and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming,watering, charges for removing surplus soil from work site, including hire for tools and plant, conveyance of tools and materials, bailing out water, providing caution boards,lighting,watching, ribbon fencing, trafficcontrolling etc.complete as per the direction of Departmental officers including the cost of pipe and PVC specials; PVC Pipes and specials shall be of good quality and conforming to relevant standards: All Socketed Jointing.

The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer in-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage

Desilting open wells of dia above 3.5m and up to 6.0m and depth up to 6.0m by earth work excavation in or under water, after closing the inlet valves and plugging any holes in the steining by engaging divers with breathing accessories, bailing out water using pumset of suitable capacity, lifting the excavated silt/mud/clay using ropes, pulleys and buckets and disposing the same within minimum lead of 50 m from the periphery of the well, including engaging coolies for scrapping the inner side of the well, without causing any damages to the existing structures and installations, including hire and conveyance of tools and plant and as per the directions of the department officers etc. complete.
