 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch ofcorrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.35 mm (+0.05%), total coatedthickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side. of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratchesduring transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desiredby Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws ofsize (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical orcurved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting tosize and shape wherever required.

 Supply of uPVC Pipe, IS 4985: 2000 , 10kg/cm2, 50mm Dia.

 Laying UPVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipe line to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipe line with water to the required test pressure (including cost and fitting charges of specials of same class as that of pipe) 50 mm nominal outer dia pipes.

 Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

 Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge: Bituminous road

Leak rectification work in 50 mm PVC (Class 2 to 6) pipe line including detecting and locating leak, earth work excavation in all kinds of soil for for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, cutting the pipe diametrically perpendicular to the axis of pipe line with out causing any damages to the remaining portion, dismantling and lifting the pipe from trenches, smoothening the cut ends, conveying the new pipe to the site, cutting and lowering new pipe in to the trenches,placing in position aligning the pipe to line and level and jointing the new pipe with the existing pipe with solvent cement or or any available joint and testing the pipe line by operating the valves concerned, and rectifying the defects if noticed and without causing any damages to the existing utilities and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, charges for removing surplus soil from work site, including hire for tools and plant, conveyance of tools and materials, bailing out water, providing caution boards,lighting,watching, ribbon fencing, traffic controlling etc.complete as per the direction of Departmental officers including the cost of pipe and PVC specials; PVC Pipes and specials shall be of good quality and conforming to relevant standards: All Socketed Jointing

Design, supplying , errection and commissioning of best quality ISI Marked Branded Open well submerssible 3phase electric driven motor pumpset working at 360 voltage (IS-1422)with bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft having minimum of 2.89 lps discharge against 89 m head with suitable ISI marked accessories such as starter(best quality ISI marked fully automatic electronic Star Delta ), main switch ,fuse, capacitor, ELCB, adequate length of best quality suitable size flat submerssible cable, reflux valve, sluice valve, pressure gauge, earthing materialsconforming to IS 3043/2000 as amended to date, ammeter, volt meter, selector switch, flickering lamps, dry running preventer cum no voltage wire, conveying and erecting the motor pumpset and panel board and giving all connections, earthing etc. as per KSEB/EI rules and regulations. Conveying and fixing suitable GI pipe medium pipe as suction and delivering pipes including connections with pumpset delivery to the common pumping main of suitable size using suitable T/Y connections etc. Trial run should be given for 7 days. Any documentation required for proper electric connection shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost etc. complete as per direction of site in charge of the work.
