The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having prior work experience in manpower outsourcing contracts, specifically similar works that involve supply of manpower for a minimum period of continuous 2 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed any of the following during the last 07 (seven) years: i. Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, ii. Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, iii. One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. The contract value and variations are mentioned, with an overall variation in contract value restricted up to 150%, and individual item variations generally restricted to 150% of the original quantity. The bidder's annual financial turnover should be at least 150% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder should also have received contractual payments in the previous three financial years and the current financial year, up to the date of opening of the tender, at least 150% of the advertised value of the tender.
