The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to "Similar Work", which includes any major bridge work involving PSC slab/PSC girder/composite girder. The bidder should have experience in this type of work to be eligible. The available bid capacity shall be calculated based on the maximum value of construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years or the current financial year. The bidder needs to upload full details of work on hand and progress thereon, and if the information furnished is found to be false, the tender is liable to be rejected and the Bid Security is liable to be forfeited. The bidder needs to fill up the experience certificate as per the proforma given, which includes details such as the name of the work, name of the organization, date of award, original contract value, and percentage of work completed. A work experience certificate from a public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years can be considered, and it should be issued by a person authorized by the company to issue such certificates.
