Pumps, Anchor Winch, Windlass Motor etc. overhauling

od131/2023_2024 Inspection and maintenance of the Bilge & G.S Pump / Fire & G.S Pump / Emergency Fire Pump & Prime Mover to be overhauled (The contractor should procure the defected items from the authorized dealer and submit the original dealer bill along with the contractor bill for its reimbursement. 15% of the cost of spares will be paid to the contractor as overhead charges for arranging these items. These procured as well as the replaced items should get inspected by the Engineer who is the in-charge of the work and the un-serviceable / old items should be returned to dept for realization of payment).

od144/2023_2024 Inspection and service of Windlass to be carried out, Foundation to be tightened, corrosions to be removed, Testing of brake lining & pads and brake holding test to be conducted as per the direction of department officials. Fender repair

11.43 Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive ( Water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 3 mm thickness.

od159/2023_2024 Supply and Install new Multiwood of thickness 12 mm in various surfaces by proper fastners (The rate includes all material and labour charges.) as per the direction and satisfaction of the department officers.

od160/2023_2024 Supply and fix the hinges, suitable door locks in the various wooden doors and shelves and fixing the hand rails in the vessel as per the direction of department officers

od163/2023_2024 General Service of Air Conditioner unit (2 Ton) , including cleaning of Filter unit, Replacement of Remote control batteries, refrigerant top up and trial run and replacing of outdoor unit cover with existing size and shape as per the direction of department officers.
