App A: Supply, installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of pump

Supply.Installation, testing and commissioning of VAF pump sewt. Suitable for handling brackish and silty water with rpm 960 (syn) or less. The material of construction of flange, suction bell, bowl, shroud shall be CI with two percentage nickel; impeller shaft, shaft sleeve, fasteners and suction, delivery pipe should be in SS (size suitable for pumps )of suitable length varies from 6-10m as per site condition. The prime mover of the pump is to be 3 phase TEFC induction motor with ISI certification operating at 415 V ±10%, 50Hz ±5% connection with F-Class insulation , 10mm 3 core water proof copper power cable, 20m as per site condition. Cubicle type fully wired panel board with all neccessary protection units and instrumentation. Auto transfomer starter of reputed make MCCB, LED indicator, selector switch and single phase dry running preventer suitable capacitor wiring earthing should be as per regulations and specifications of KSEB and Electrical Inspectorate. A screen with 6mm GI welded mesh with 50x50mm opening size ( about 20 square meter area) formed in GI angles GI tubes fitted at the opening on top and sides of sump to prevent entry of unwanted materials to the pumb. Proper I - section should be provided for supporting the motor mounting and pedestal suitable chain block and tripod facilities to be provided for lifting motor at least 1.00m above maximum flood level. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all the charges for supply, installation including petty civil work of installation, testing, trial run and commissioning all types of transportaion and conveyance, loading, unloading charges, charges of factory testing GST etc....
