OD29942/2023-2024:Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5 kW On-grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Solar PV panel, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, lightning protection and PV panels mounted on GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required:- 1) Solar Photovoltaic Module - Mono Per half cut of capacity 545Wp Wp or above, manufactured in India, conforming to IS14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photo Voltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 18.3%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. 2) Solar grid tie inverter of 5kW capacity of 0-600V DC Input voltage range, output voltage of three-phase, 415V, 4 wire, 50Hz, AC Power with efficiency not less than 98%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and ideal for ambient temperature from 0 to 60 degree C in a IP65 enclosure. The inverter shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency and shall be capable of operating in parallel with the grid utility service as per IEC 61727 and shall be capable of interrupting line-to-line fault currents and line-to-ground fault currents. Inverter shall be direct current isolation provided at the output . The inverter-generated harmonics, flicker, DC injection limits, Voltage Range, Frequency Range and Anti-Islanding measures at the point of connection to the utility services should follow the latest CEA (Technical Standards for Connectivity Distribution Generation Resources) Guidelines. Communication Modbus protocol with LAN/WAN/GSM options along with remote access facility and SCADA package with latest remote monitoring systems. Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. MNRE & IEC compliance GTI complies with all the National & International standards for safety and efficiency and reliability, such as IEC - 61683, IEC - 60068, IEC - 61000, IEC - 61727, IEC - 62116 3) Lightning and surge voltage protection. Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required. The Grid interfacing, including all equipment required for the same such as breakers, isolators, lightning arrestors, panels, protection equipment, cables, conductors and SPV Panel yard etc. as per statutory requirements and comply with the CERC Grid code. Each of the equipment/ components utilised shall be compliant and be subjected to all routine and acceptance tests prescribed in the relevant Indian Standard Specification/IEC. 4) Comprehensive AMC of the entire solar power plant for 5 years from the date of handing over. The cost includes all spares, cleaning charges, data and recurring charges for communication equipment, etc. as required.
