The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs 481.59 Lakhs. - OR Two similar works each costing not less than Rs 722.39 Lakhs. - OR One similar work costing not less than Rs 963.18 Lakhs AND - One work of any nature (either part of the above or a separate one) costing not less than Rs 481.59 Lakhs with some Central/State Government Department/Central Autonomous Body/ Central Public Sector Undertaking. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder must have experience in road works (BM BC Road works) and should have completed at least 1.00 KM of road under one contract and satisfactorily completed the same within the last 7 years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should not have incurred any loss in more than two years during the last five years ending 31st March 2025. The bidder should also have had an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 1,203.98 Lakhs on construction works during the immediate last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025.
