Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) using 40 mm broken stone for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and consolidating with rammer.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilicin nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structureslike retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs,podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratioof 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) forvertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same fromnegative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush.The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by morethan 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side.The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracksup to a width of 0.50mm. MEP Works

Maintatinence works of the existing ETP, the scope is noted and not limited, include all works as instructed by the Engineer in charge. 1) Fabrication of SS (minimum 304 Grade) ladders to Aerator - 2 Nos 2) Leak arresting of all valves 3) Overhauling of all motors and equipments. 4) Painting of all equipments and building. 5) Replacement of all pipes (PVC/MS/GI/etc whereever noticed. 6) Construction of pedestals required if any. 7) Fabrication of supports required if any.

Control Panel and electrical works: Supply installation testing and commissioning of electrical control panel cubicle type fabricated with 16 SWG CRCA sheet, powder coated, compartmentalised, free standing , floor mounting, dust and vermin proof suitable for operation on three phase 415 V 50 HZ AC supply and maintaining all standards of electrical inspectorate, electricity board, IS IEC codes and specifications. Material of Construction: MS powder coated CRCA 16 guage sheet

Necessary Electrical and Plumbing works: Supply installation testing and commissioning of FRLS electrical cable of suitable guage and wiring, and termination from the motor to the control panel. Also the Supply, laying, jointing with solvent and commissioning of 6 kg/cm2 uPVC pipe including all fittings and labour. This work include all material labour and prepatory works. Electrical and plumbing works: Lot (includes all plumping and electrical material)

Commissioning and Liasoning: Commissioning of the plant and demonstraion of working, giving training to the concerned staffs, liasoning with KPCB, preparing necessary documents and drawing and obtaining consent to operate of the plant.
