Firefighting Works S I T C of Heavy class MS pipe Class C ERW confirming to IS (1239) laid underground (1 mtr below ground level).The quoted rate shall include necessary bends, tees including cutting welding/ Flanged joints with necessary washers nuts, bolts etc also include for providing concrete anchor blocks at all change in direction of pipeline if necessary and also near each joints. The quoted rate shall includes wrapping and coating of underground MS Heavy Grade pipe This corrosion protection tape shall comprise of coal tar component supported on fabric of organic or inorganic fibre and minimum 4 mm thick shall confirm to requirement of IS 10221 code of practice for coating and wrapping of underground pipe line .The wrapping and coating tape to be cut to 200mm wide and wounding on pipe. Minimum 2.8m tape of 200 mm wide as per 150 mm pipe will be considerd -150mm Nominal Diameter.

Dismantling M.S. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes & lead at site within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 100 mm diameter

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia
