Supply and fixing of Air blower for filter back wash capacity- 1485 cum/hr., 0.4 kg/cm2, the blowers shall be operated with a speed less than 1000 rpm and the noise level from the blower shall be less than 85dB at the distance of 1m from blower. Epoxy painting after blast cleaning shall be provided for blower. MOC OF BLOWER: casing: CI -IS:210, Gr. FG260, rotor: CI -IS:210, Gr. FG260, shaft: EN19, timing gear: alloy steel and accessories as per specification.

Split Air-Conditioning System as per specifications of five-star energy rating unit, evaporating unit shall be wall mounted, the fan impeller shall be of low speed design, without noise and vibration, compressor temperature as high as 45oC, for Control Room, Chlorination PLC room, Office Room & Laboratory etc

Ventilation Fan System with tube axial fan of minimum thickness of the casing, flanges, and base plate will be 3.15, 6, and 6mm respectively, and fan speed will be 1500rpm,the face air velocity of inlet louver will be 2-2.5 m/sec, air filter will be 3 ply HDPE, with GI/Aluminum frame of 610 x 610x 50mm thick for Electrical Switch Gear Room, Chemical storage room, Clear water pump house & toilet.

Supply and fixing of Laboratory equipments as per specifications: Laboratory for WTP shall be provided with all necessary equipment and facilities required to test at least the following physical, chemical and bacteriological properties of water (raw water, clarified water, clear water, underflow of clarifier(sludge)) pH meter, turbidi meter, flame photometer: Spectrophotometer visible, scanning spectrophtot meter, Gas chromatograph Atomic absorption spectrophotometer, Spectrophotometer, Chemical and reagent, Water purifier, COD DIGESTOR THERMOREACTER, COD analyser, BOD analyser: WTW/MERCK, BOD incubator etc complete as per specification.
