Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing in position of Curtain wall system with aluminium section for all heights and all levels etc. The HINDALCO or approved equivalent make of section no 9302 for mullion and transom use adequate section for edges ,7559 for pressure plate and 7558 for cover plate and 12mm toughned glass below sill level with ceramic coating, 12mm toughned clear glass up to lintel level and 12mm toughned glass with ceramic coating up to slab bottom as per approved drawing and design from client/architect. All aluminium section should be powder coated by 50 microns and the colour should be confirmed RAL as per approved from Architect/Client. The entire frame will be fixed on the wall/beam with SS anchor fastener, nut bolt and standard screws, MS bracket, masking tapes. The item includes cost of all material, labour components, scaffolding, conveyance, lead and lift etc at all levels complete, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium sections till the handing over of the building for occupation. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium sections having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminium sections (including width of groove) expect windows/opening shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. Maximum Glass size - 1.5m x 2.4m

Providing fabricating and fixing at site 50series BHORUKA or approved equivalent aluminium sections open window with 6mm toughned clear glass, Two pin handle with lock and all other accessories .The item includes cost of all material & labour component, scaffolding, conveyance, Silicon filling between the outer sections and the masonry/RCC joints, lead and lift etc at all levels complete, cleaning and protection of the aluminium sections till the handing over of the building for occupation. The Contractor shall provide aluminium sections having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
