Supply, Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 20W LED street light output greater than 105lumen/W 4000-6000 K with IP 66 protection LED chip with power factor greater than 0.95 at full load, internal surge protection up to 8 KV,and Aluminium pressure die-cast Powder coated housing, acrylic cover complete with THD Less than10%, power factor greater than 0.98, RoHS compliant, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply. Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance. (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer).

Removing the existing old CFL street light fittings from pole & submit the old CFL fittings to stores with proper accounting of all the materials.

Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in ground including excavation of trench of size 35 x 75 cm, refilling the trench etc. as required but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering (in ordinary soil):- 4 core 6 sqmm.

Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in the existing RCC/ HUME / STONE WARE/ GI/ DWC pipe as required:- 4 core 6 sq mm

Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in ground including excavation of trench of size 35 x 75 cm, refilling the trench etc. as required but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering (in ordinary soil):- 4 core 10 sq mm

Supplying Siemens type/tropdor type brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable 1.1kV grade and making end termination suitable for 4Cx6 sq.mm cable as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable 1.1kV grade as required. 4CX10 sq mm (25mm)

Excavation for cable trenches of depth upto 1.2 meter in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter for tracing out the existing 4CX6 sq mm cable near the street light poles.

Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for 4CX6 sqmm of PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supply and installation of weather proof cable termination box of size 25cmx20cmx10cm or nearest availiable size made out of hard plastic/SMC as per approved list of makes provided with required nos. of bolts suitable to fix at a height of 1.5 Meter above from the bottom of the Street lightl pole and make suitable holes in the existing street light pole and taking out and connect the 1.5/2.5 sq mm copper cable between the streetlight fitting and termination box with all fittings and accessories including lugs, 6A SP MCB, neutral link, earth terminating facility, and 16 A, 4pole terminal block etc as required.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of high quality thermoplastic polycarbonate, floor mounting type outdoor feeder pillar enclosure as per approved list of makes. The feeder pillar shall be IP-65 rated, dust and vermin proof, weather proof construction,UV resistant, halogen free and anti corrosive in accordance with IEC 61439-3 of dimension 740X925X600 mm or nearest availiable size and pre wired with 32A, 10kA, 4P MCB as incomer, 32A TP Power contactor-1No, single channel digital astronomical time switch - 1No, 16A, 30mA DP RCCB per phase - 3No's and 6A, 10kA C-Curve, SP MCB - 12 No's as outgoings in suitable concrete foundation and suitable for accomodating one number of 4CX10 sq mm Al incomer cable and 12 numbers of out going cable of size 4CX6 sq mm. The thermoplastic boxes shall be fixed on the MS angles/ flats and C-channel base frame for fixing on the concrete plinth foundation. The metal surfaces shall be painted using approved shade as per tender specifications.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. and shifting the same to the store of the company as required.

Providing coil/spring earthing using 6 SWG, GI wire for street light pole etc. GI wire buried to a minimum depth of 1.5 meter, with excavation, refilling and connecting GI wire to pole using bolt and nut complete.

Supply and drawing the following sizes of multi-core PVC insulated & FRLS PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessary connections of the following sizes:- 3 core 1.50 sq mm :- Through the street light pole for interconnecting between the MCB in the termination box and Street light fitting.

12 Meter High Mast

Supply installation testing and commissioning of High Mast using Octogaonal Pole made single/two sections of hot dip galvanised GI sheet 100mm top diameter, 360mm bottom diameter thickness 3mm mm suitable for wind speed as per IS 875 Part III with head frame assembly two point suspension system with steel wire rope 5mm dia double drum winching system w and including round arm galvanized luminary carriage suitable to install 6/8 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement control gear box and lighting spikes with single phase operation power tool installed inside the base compartment including connector foundation bolt 4 nos fixed in existing RCC foundation and junction box etc, complete 12 Meters.

Supply Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 120W LED Flood light output greater than 105lumen/W 4000-6000 K with IP 66 protection LED chip with power factor greater than 0.95 at full load, internal surge protection up to 8 KV, and Aluminium pressure die-cast Powder coated housing, acrylic cover complete with THD less than 10%, power factor greater than 0.98, RoHS compliant, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply. Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer).

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm).

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Civil Works

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Applying priming coat with Epoxy primer of approved brand and manufacture after scrapping, sand papering, cleaning and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete on old street light poles.

Finishing with Epoxy paint to get an even shade (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications.

Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing on street light pole. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge- 50mm dia 6Kgf/cm2 -External work - for drawing cable from the ground to the termination box.
