ELECTRFICATION WORKS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor Floor Mounting Cubical Type KSEBL Metering Panel with Double Door and Canopy suitable for 415 V, Three Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system having sufficient front surface area fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame works and covers, 2 mm thick for gland plates, cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process for Powder Coating in approved shade and then provided with Clear Coating, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 20 mm x 3 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main busbars to switch gears with approved size of Aluminium busbars and control wiring with 2.5 / 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS (Flame Retardant Low Smoke) or HRFR (Heat Resistant Flame Retardant) PVC insulated single core copper conductor cables, cable alleys etc. complete as required. The panel shall conform to the Electrical Inspectorate and KSEBL standards and it shall only be manufactured after getting approval from the Engineer-in-charge and the Consultant. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 8m height Octagonal Pole made of Sheet steel as per IS Standard having thickness of 3mm and top dia of 70mm and Bottom dia of 130mm. Base Plate dimensions shall be 200x200x16mm with 4 Nos of slotted holes suitable for M20 x 600mm EN8 J bolt, nuts and washers to be fixed in the existing RCC foundation. The Pole shall be hot dip galvanized to minimum 70 microns. The pole shall have door opening as internal junction box/control box with connectors and provision for fixing DP/SP MCB. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Hot Dip Galvanized overhang Differential arm side bracket up to and including 1m length tightened to the 8m pole at a convenient height with stainless steel grub screws to mount the luminaries etc. complete as required

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100W to 150W LED Street light suitable for external application with powder coated and housed in a Pressure die cast non-corrosive Aluminium alloy enclosure with optimal fins for Heat Sink Mechanism. System Efficiency at Luminaire Level shall be not less than 150 Lumens/Watt (Type test report to be submitted). Luminaire shall have Colour Rendering Index (CRI) 70 or above. Injection moulded UV stabilised heat resistant Cluster lens with options of Beam angles (Preferably 60 Deg). Correlated Colour Temperature shall be nominal 5700K (with variation limits of + or - 355K) per ANSI C78.377A CCT. Standard Luminaire must have Thermally Isolated Driver and Optical compartments for efficient heat management and to ensure sustainable operation. The fixture shall have Ingress Protection of IP 66 Rating for both for Optical and Electrical Compartments (IP Test Report for the same shall be furnished). Luminaire shall be rated with Impact resistance of IK08. Driver compartment shall have bottom opening for maintenance with IP66 level of protection. Driver housing made of extruded Aluminium case and completely Encapsulated to ensure safety against electrical shock risk, also increase the reliability against internal heat and moisture ingress. Driver shall have high efficiency greater than 85% and have inbuilt safety features like Over voltage, Short circuit, Overload, Thermal protection and Reverse Polarity protection. The luminaire shall have an internal surge protection of 4KV L-L and 6KV L-N as per IEC 61000-4-5 and provide integrated SPD with 10KV/5KAprotection. 20kV SPD external to driver should also to be provided.Driver shall work continuously up to 320V AC without any failure and have Line-Line 440VAC Withstand capacity up to 8 Hours. Life of LED shall be rated at 50,000 Hours or above @ L70 etc. complete as required. (Authorization letter from LED fixture manufacturer for providing the entire 5 Year warranty period to be submitted)

Excavation of all types of soils for the laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium or Copper conductor cable, GI / DWC HDPE / RCC / PVC / Conduit Pipes, Earthing conductors to the required width and depth up to and including 1.0m and back filling etc. complete as required. The scope also includes the marking and cutting of Road Tarring or Concrete if necessary. (The trench dimensions and specifications shall conform to CPWD / PWD, Electrical Inspectorate and KSEBL Standards)

Supply and providing sand cushioning by laying it above the PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium or Copper conductor cable, GI / HDPE / RCC / PVC / Conduit Pipes, Earthing conductors in the existing excavated trench etc. complete as required

Supply and providing protective covering by laying bricks breadth wise above the PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium or Copper conductor cable, GI / HDPE / RCC / PVC / Conduit Pipes, Earthing conductors in the existing excavated trench etc. complete as required

Supply and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick GI Plate with inscription there on, bolted / welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm GI angle iron, 60 cm long painted with two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of black / grey / other approved shade epoxy paint and fixing the same in ground with cement concrete in M.15 Grade (1:2:4) etc. complete as required

Supplying, laying and jointing of the following sizes of double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made out of HDPE conforming to IS 14930 Part II for mechanical protection to underground power cables with all required accessories in ground in the existing trench50/38 mm or nearest size

Supply and providing earthing with ISI Marked Nickel Sealed Copper Bonded 20mm dia, 3.0 metre long Rod having 250 microns coating thickness with T clamp including Stainless Steel bolts, nuts, round and spring washers etc. and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement with sufficient earthing compound etc. complete as required

Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required4.06 mm GI conductor (8 SWG)

Supply and installation of 10 kg/cm2 PVC Pipes of the following sizes with all necessary accessories and laying in existing excavated trenches, built up trenches, clamping in built up trenches / walls / MS supports using Stainless Steel saddles and screws of which spacing between 30cm to 60cm including all minor civil works etc. complete as required Up to and including 40mm

Supply, fabrication and installation of Outdoor Metering Panel / PVC Pipe / Cable supports etc. using MS Angles, Flats and C Channels of adequate size painted with two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of black / grey / other approved shade epoxy paint. The scope also the includes the supply and installation of necessary rectangular square plates, anchor fasteners, bolts, nuts, round and spring washers or screws etc. complete as required

Supply and installation of the following Energy Meter after getting it duly tested from Electrical Inspectorate / TMR KSEBL. The scope also includes the supply and installation of mounting screws, 1.1 kV Grade 4.0 Sq.mm Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) or Heat Resistant Flame Retardant (HRFR) PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for providing connections from Energy Meter to Fuses, Neutral Link and copper sockets (banana / palm / pin / ring) for providing connections to Energy Meter, Fuses, Neutral Link including crimping etc. complete as required. (*All Statutory fees shall also come within the scope of the Contractor) Three Phase LT TOD Direct Operated Energy Meter (CL:1)

Preparation and submission of application for Three Phase Connection along with drawings, detailed load schedule etc. and co-ordination with KSEBL for the execution of any additional works like concrete pole erection if necessary, for energization etc. complete as required. (*All Statutory fees for connection and for any additional works like concrete pole erection if necessary etc. shall also come within the scope of the Contractor)

5.CEMENT: Make use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

6.RCC: (Assessment of strength of concrete by Cube testing at Approved Govt labs as per IS) Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

7.STEEL REINFORCEMENT: Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference

8.CENTERING & SHUTTERING: (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)

9. SOLID BLOCK MASONRY: Min. average compressive strength as per IS shall be 40-50kg/cm2 and has to be assessed by testing at Govt. lab. ( Variation in rate due to change in size of block and level of floor as per DSR/PRICE has to be considered)

10.PLUMBING & SANITARY FITTINGS: Note: Make of Water supply and sanitary items: Best branded ISI make Jaquar, Cera, Hindware, Parryware or eq. in the order of pref. Water pipe: Supreme, Finolex or eq. with IS and all fittings with IS.

6.VETRIFIED FLOOR TILES/ CERAMIC GLAZED WALL TILES: Make: Khajaria, Jhonson, RAK, NITCO, Cera or Eq. in the order of preference and prior sample approval from KEL, Client
