Dismantling carefully the existing sheet roofing including AC corrugated sheet, Galvanoom sheet etc. including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking within a distance of 100 m as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Net area of roofing will be considered for measurement)

Cleaning, removal of rust and dust and Finishing with 2 coat Epoxy primer (Asian paints Apcolite Advanced 2-Pack Epoxy Finish or MRF) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications and apply evenly with 2 or more coat PU enamel paint (Asian paints apcolite/ MRF), preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Supply and fixing colour coated concealed system profile sheeting (TATA LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK® 700 or equivalent) with nom. 700 mm effective cover width, nominal 43 mm crest depth at pitch of nominal 233 mm centre to centre distance along with stiffeners perpendicular to ribs for strength The feed material shall be of 0.45 mm BMT tensile with min 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot-dipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc,1.5% Si ) as per AS1397 / IS15961 - (ZINCALUME® AZ150 or equivalent) (min. 150 g/m2 total on both sides) with Super Durable Polyester COLORBOND® steel XRW quality paint system of approved color, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type-4 / IS15965 class 3 of (Tata BlueScope Steel make or equivalent). The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, super durable polyester COLORBOND® XRW or equivalent quality paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces. The paint system should have stable resin & inorganic pigments for paint durability and Lead free for water harvesting. The steel sheet shall have brand marking of coated steel manufacturer (product details, date, mfg name,etc) on back side at regular interval confirming genuineness of the material. The profile sheet shall be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip KL-70. The clip KL-70 shall be fastened with min. 40μm Zinc coated / min. 25 μm Zinc-Tin alloy coated, Hex head, selfdrilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3fasteners of approved make. The quoted rate shall include cost of clip, self screw, material, labour charge etc complete.
