FORM WORK: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for kerbs, belts, beam, column, etc upto floor 3 level

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure above plinth level up to floor five level with thickness 15cm in: CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/ 230mm/ 300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement if provided shall be made for seperately). ( DSR item code : 6.47.)

Providing and applying 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Supply and Labour for Installation of Lead free UPVC SWR Type A pasted pipe using Solvent Cement ISI Marked [As per IS 13592] with Heavy duty ISI Marked PVC fittings through open Walls / Ducts etc with suitable Ts, Elbows, Bends, Y's etc and Adapters, Airvents, concrete etc. as required including necessory scaffoldings. It should be well replastered and refinished using cement plaster 1:3 mix (cement : coarse sand). Testing of the system for leakage and Air tightness should be done appropriately. (Supreme/Astral/ Finolex or equivallant): 110mm OD Waste / drainage Piping

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile roofing sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) pre-coated with premium quality paint system of approved color of total thickness of 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 8 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed with self screws, on the purlins. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the material cost for roofing sheet, srews, silicone, washer and labour charges but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (Tata Bluescope or equivalent)

Providing and fixing Rain water gutter (FRP) of superior quality and of size 25 cm in depth and 20 cm in width including all necessary accessories/ clamps/ joints/stop ends etc. for the smooth installation of the same. Colour shall be as per direction of Engineer - in Charge. The clamps shall not be visible in face. (OD)

Providing and fabricating Steel work for purlin/rafter/posts/ truss with G I structural members(solid/ hollow) (Tata or Jindal equivalent) including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position in welded/ bolted connections and applying two coat of Epoxy primer (MRF/ equivalent) and two coats of PU enamel paint (MRF or equivalent).

GLASS PARTITION:providing and fixing fixed partition fully glazed (moddy/saint gobain) toughened glass sheet of 12mm thickness (clear/ etched) with SS patch fittings at top and Aluminium profile (Hindalco or equivalent) at bottom, which has to be inserted in to the wall upto a depth not less than 12mm.

ACP FLASE CEILING : Providing and fabricating grids using GP hollow sections of size 1" x1" in grid size of 1.2m x1.2m in welded connections. Aluminium hollow sections of size not less than 1.5"x1.5" shall be fixed across GI grids using self trapping screws. Aluminium composite panel (Alstrong or equivalent) in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 3mm thick consisting of 2.4mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.3mm thick) shall be fixed on the frame work using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (Rate is inclusive of GI frame work, Aluminium frame work and ACP false ceiling with all fixtures and fittings and sealant).

ACP Cladding: -Providing and fixing of Aluminium composite panels per the drawing/ specifications for the exterior finishing job. ACP of approved make (Alstrong, Aludecor, Evabond or approved equivalent) of overall thickness is 3mm with aluminium skin of 0.25mm on both sides. The complete material shall be confirming to ASTM standards for its various mechanical and physical properties. The panel shall be cut in to match the grid size in required length and width as per the site condition, tampered & formed using router machine / curved using standard rolling machine, without leaving heavy marks on the sheet, so as to form a tray. The panel shall be fixed on pre-fabricated frame work, joint at Horizontal & Vertical with standard cleat angles and fasteners of SS screws, Hilty/ Fisher anchor bolt. The gap formed in between the panel shall be sealed with silicon sealant of Alstone WS600 or equivalent after fixing the required masking tape and all other accessories. The sheet fixing and applying of sealant shall be in line and level to the building line. The extruded prefabricated frame work shall be fixed to the wall/ floor beam with M.S brackets and screws. The necessary projection as per the design shall be made with M.S frame work using fixed at maximum 1.5m centre to centre fixed to the super structure. The cost of MS/GI members will be paid seperately under the specified item. Any changes in colour, materials shall be made only with prior intimation to the Engineer in charge. (Aluminium frame work will be paid seperately under specified item)

GP frame work : Steel work in built up G P tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of enamel paint , including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Providing and fixing panelled side hung doors made of powder coated aluminium extruded architectural sections of specified size with shutter comprising of section having bottom rail of size 100mmx44.5mmx1.85 mm thick, lock rail of size 100 mm x 44.45 mm x 2 mm thick, top rails 50mm x 44.45 mm x 1.50 mm thick , vertical style 50mm x 44.45 mm x 1.80 mm thick. The top and bottom rail shall be reinforced with 8/10mm dia rods. The door shall be panelled with 6mm thick Thomoson multiwood panel at bottom and 5mm thick approved glass at top including handle, EPDM gasket, screws, fastners, lock & key, door stopper etc. as per the drawing and specifications. (Area of door opening shall be measured in sqm for payment.)

Providing and fixing metal sheet door with vision glass panel as per the specifications and drawings

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 100 kg and door width from 900 mm to 1500 mm) with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing SS sheet cladding with SS sheet of thickness 1.2-2mm and grade AISI 304 to the inner surface of the bottom grid of structural glazing upto 1500mm height . The sheet shall be properly fixed to the wall/ column with proper fittings and fixtures. (Sheet shall be bent according to the wall/ column / other members at factory itself and the sheet joints shall be connected properly).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

LOUVERS: Providing and fixing louveres made of powder coated aluminium extruded louver profiles (min 0.400 kg/m) fixed to basic partition frame work including fastners, screws etc. complete. (Area of opening for fixing louvers shall be measured in sqm for payment. The basic partition frame work shall be paid under relevant item.)

Providing and fixing removable/hinged fly proof mesh/screen made of powder coated aluminium extruded sections of size 28x13mm(min 0.220kg/m) or equivallant for fly screen shutter frames fixed to basic frame work. The fly proof stainless steel 304 grade wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions and wire of diameter 0.5mm shall be fixed to the shutter frame using EPDM/Neoprene gasket including screws, hinges, fastners, nuts, bolts etc. complete. (Area of opening for fixing the flyproof shutter shall be measured in sqm for payment. The cost of basic frame work shall be paid under relevant item.)

Providing and fixing powder coated fully glazed three track three paneled sliding windows made of powder coated aluminium extruded architectural sections of 27mm series frames 75x45mm and 65x27.1 mm shutter frame all having wall thickness of 1.4 ± 0.2 mm and glazing with 5mm thick approved reflective type glass including necessory glazing bead of appropriate dimension, handle, lock, EPDMgasket, screws, fastners etc. as per enclosed technical specifications and drawings. The gap (if any) in between aluminium frame and adjacent rcc/brick/stone work shall be sealed by weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality. (t shall be measured out to out of the window frame work in square meter for payment.)

Providing and fixing aluminium powder coated 27mm series flyproof sliding track panel to Three/Two track windows instead of glazing panel. The fly proof mesh shall be stainless steel 304 grade wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions and wire of diameter 0.5mm shall be fixed to the shutter frame using EPDM/Neoprene gasket including screws, hinges, fastners, nuts, bolts etc. complete. (It shall be measured out to out of the shutter frame in square meter for payment. The basic frame of 2/3 track sliding window including the glazing panel shall be paid in the respective item. Area of glazing panel replaced by the flyproof mesh panel in the sliding window will be deducted from the respective item.)
