Replacement of old panel board

OD164/2023-2024:Dismantling the existing old and defective Panel boards, angle iron frame work on wall/ floor, 63 A SDF unit, 32 A SDF unit, 250A MCCB, disconnecting the existing aluminum cables / copper wires with all fittings and accessories on the board including cutting the wall if necessary making good the damages, reconnect the cable/ copper wire to new panel board etc as required and staking materials in position as directed by the Deptl. OD165/2023-2024:Fabrication, Supply, Conveyance, Installation, Testing and commissioning of floor/ wall mounting dust and vermin proof cubicle type MV Panel Board using 1.6 mm CRCA sheet, powder coated comprising of the following components / devices and complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirements with internal access facility, busbar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the door using 4 sq.mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cutouts for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, busbar interconnections etc. detachable covers for busbar chamber and cable alley, power coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc. as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles / flats /slotted angles etc. shall not be used for the fabrication of the panel assembly, incorporating the following with busbar chamber, color detachable front with busbar supported on DMC / SMC insulators and busbar are sleeved with heat shrink sleeves, separate cable entry sockets, multy function meter to read Voltage, Current and Frequency, phase indication lamps with fuse units danger notice board etc. complete as per the directions of the Deptl.
