PRICE SCHEDULE FOR ANNUAL OPERATIONAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR: Tenderer shall indicate the price schedule for annual operational maintenance contract for a period of 1 (One) year after the expiry of three months from the date of completion in the following format.
Charges shall be indicated for 1 year after the expiry of free maintenance period of 3 months . However, payment shall be made on quarterly basis. Operational Maintenance of all items as per BOQ for a period of 1(One) year. Maintenance of trees ,Lawns, Shrubs, Hedges , ground covers and Flowering plants etc. specified in BOQ or all planted areas within the landscape contract by regular watering, removing of weeds, waste papers, any other foreign material, re establishing damaged lawn patches,cleaning pathways in the case of spilling over of planting soil, pruning of hedges, mowing the lawn, planting, mulching and gap filling, application of fertiliser and spraying of pesticides as and when required with all as per Horticulture practices and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. In case the area covered/ number of plants is lesser that the quantity specified as above, then payment will admissible only on pro rata basis for the actual quantity involved. In such cases, the Contractor shall replace the shortfall in area/ number of plants at his cost within the next payment period. Maintenance shall include supplying and stacking at site good variety of decomposed farm yard manure for gardening purpose free from stones, bushes, roots, rubbish, vegetation etc., brought from outside in required quantity for mixing in pits / flower- beds, lawns, pots etc., as specified at and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
