OD4001/2024-2025:Grinding and cleaning the concrete surfaces to lines and levels where expansion joint to be provided, filling the joint with Polyurethane backer rod of required size intact and then applying Ist layer of epoxy adhesive ReArm Bond 4031 and sticking MYK Flexi Joint tape TPE of suitable width over it. Once the bottom layer (Ist layer) adhesive sets, over coat the tape with one more layer of adhesive so that tape shall be completely locked inside the epoxy adhesive layers (size of tape shall be such that each side of concrete there shall be a minimum offset of 50mm) and providing protection cover to the expansion joint with Aluminum sheet of thickness not less than 0.04mm and having a width of 30cm throughout the length of joint by fixing the same in concrete surface with screw and screw fixtures etc. complete as per the directions of the departmental officers at site and measurement for the same can be recorded only after successful water test.

6.2.2:Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
