OD17000/2024-2025:Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 30W Integrated Solar LED light fitting with all accessories. Each unit should include 18V,75W panel with Grade A solar cells, 24Ah, 12.8V LiFePO4 type battery, Luminaire housing component to be Aluminium alloy with powder paint, IP65, LED chip shall be Philips/Osram, THD <10%, efficiency greater than 85%,3800-4500 lumens,etc. as required with 5years warranty . Luminaire shall be suitable for mounting at a height of 5-6m, should have 24hrs autonomy, PIR sensor for better efficient lighting. (Certifications:MNRE/IEC/BIS/LM80/ROHS/IP65)

10.28:Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

50.2.26.1:Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

60.7.2:DR PACKING Under foundation - Dry stone packing under foundation with good quality blasted rubble including conveyance of material and labour charges etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers at site.

16.91.2:Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

15.2.1:Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

15.9.2:Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in- Charges:In cement mortar

OD23472/2024-2025:RR with Departmental. Stone - Random rubble masonry using departmental rubble in foundation and plinth including through and bond stone upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

5.1.3:Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

13.46.1:Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

16.83:Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

16.84:Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost.)

13.66.1:Floor painting with floor enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

6.2.2:Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

13.1.2:12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

16.85:Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) . (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

3.29:Construction of an underground drain at Edge of Pavement 1 m x 1 m (inside dimensions) lined with RCC-20 cm thick and covered with RCC slab10 cm in thickness on urban roads.

13.10:Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

15.6:Laying of a geotextile filter between pitching and embankment slopes on which pitching is laid to prevent escape of the embankment material through the voids of the stone pitching/cement concrete blocks as well as to allow free movement of water without creating any uplift head on the pitching.

8.1.A:Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC Using Concrete Mixer on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409

11.9:Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trench, watering, fixing the tree guard and maintaining the plants for one year

11.7.A:Planting permanent hedges including digging of trenches, 60 cm wide and 45 cm deep, refilling the excavated earth mixed with farmyard manure, supplied at the rate of 4.65 cum per 100 metres and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30 cm apart.

11.2.2:Grassing with 'Doobs' grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed <br> In rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction
