OD219709/2024-2025: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 31-60 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump, motor and starter through out the year as required ( excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .

OD27045/2024-2025:Dismantling the 11-30 HP starters by parts draining out the oil, cleaning the tank, terminal contacts, cutting, leveling and polishing the contacts, cleaning contacts wherever necessary, checking the tripping mechanism, replacing the damaged wires, attending minor repairs, cleaning the oil, (in case of oil starters), refitting, resetting and making the starter in good working condition.

OD27049/2024-2025:Overhauling 11-30HP split case pump, dismantling the pump, overhauling the same, taking out the impeller shaft assembly, detaching impeller shaft assembly, reconditioning the impeller and shaft, reconditioning the worn-out shaft and impeller by welding, metaling, cutting, grinding if necessary and dynamically balancing including providing coupling bolt, replacing the bearing etc. refitting the same in pump.

OD219718/2024-2025:Dismantling the11-30 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.

OD151284/2024-2025: Lowering down and erecting upto 1-3 HP motor/vacuum motor pump set, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load
