OD97410/2024-2025:Revamping of LT switch boards described as following, measured per square meter area of the front face of panel : 1.External cleaning, minor repairs etc. ,and sheet metal works as required. 2.Panel Board repairs & Repair of hinges, minor sheet metal work etc. 3.Replacing rubber beading as required. 4.Panel board interior cleaning including repair of loose termination, bus bars, mountings etc. 5.Renewal of perished fasteners, terminals etc. 6.Trouble shooting the control the wiring including rectifications 7.Renewal of Terminal sockets as required 8.Insulation checks and correction of earthing 9.Filling of un necessary holes in the panel board using suitable sheet metal work. 10. Sealing the cable entry point using expandable PU Foam insulation sealant spray to safeguard from rats. 11. Lettering and identification marking.

OD137281/2024-2025:Charges for dismantling the 100 HP end suction pump and taking out the impeller shaft assembly and placing to the floor of the pump house, dismantling the same parts by parts, cleaning the pump case, chamber case, reconditioning the damaged parts, attending minor works etc and assembling the impeller shaft assembly using fresh gland packing, gasket packing, grease, shellac etc. Refitting the pump using fresh bolt, nut etc.and making the same in good working condition etc complete.

HT maintanance

OD7921/2024-2025:Isolating the Transformer from HT Line after taking permission from KSEB authorities if required, Earthing the HT Terminals of the transformer, using earthing chain, and taking all safety measures, servicing of oil filled 315kVA Transformer, which includes oil level checking if any leakages need to be attended. Oil breakdown strength should be checked, if BDV value is less than required, oil must be filtered out of sludge, dirt, moisture content. Also check insulation resistance values of LV and HV windings and bushes should be inspected for any cracks and cleaned from dust and dirt deposition, and checking terminations on LV and HV side for any loose terminals and checking breather condition and dehydration of silica gel if necessary. Scrapping, cleaning the surface of the transformer, painting the surface with enamel paint, over a coat of zinc rich primer as per the direction of the departmental officers at site.

OD7923/2024-2025:Cutting and removing the grass / bushes/ creeping plants in the transformer yard, and dumping them in convenient place and cleaning the yard from all other vegetation growth as per the direction of departmental staff at site

OD7924/2024-2025:Supply and laying Stone Aggregate(single size): 40 mm nominal size in the HT yard in neat and uniformly as per the in the direction of departmental staff at site.
