All bid / tender documents are to be submitted online on the e-GP website. Tenders / bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted. The attested copies of registration certificate with validity and class of registration and concession certificates (if any) must be duly attested by a gazetted officer of government departments and the same scanned and submitted online along with the bid document. The scanned copy of the Preliminary Agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs. 200/- duly filled and signed by the bidder shall also be submitted online. In case of labour contract societies attested copies of all documents in proof of eligibility in participation in tender as per the prevailing government orders shall be scanned and submitted online. The preliminary agreement attested copy of registration certificate, attested copy of exemption certificate of bid submission fee, EMD, and proof of online remittance of bid submission fee and earnest money deposit shall be submitted in a separate cover superscribing the name of work and sent to the tender inviting authority before the specified date by speed post. More details on EMD & cost of tender documents / bid submission fee are mentioned in the Form 83 document. The bids shall be opened online at the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer, Irrigation Sub Division, Thalappilly at the above mentioned date and time by the Assistant Executive Engineer, Irrigation Sub Division, Thalappilly in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives who are present at the time and venue. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at the same time and place. Tenders received online and the original received by post (except bid), without the necessary documents mentioned above will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. The firm period of the tenders shall be 60 days from the due date of submission of bid.
