OD31171/2024-2025:Finish walls with Acryllic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:Old work ( Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface including Scaffolding upto 10m height for painting including cost of material , cleaning, chipping and removing the dirt particle of the concrete slab with wire brush and water, labour charges for filling the bug holes,cracks,joints etc. etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site (Refer spec :14.66.1 & 14.43)

OD33059/2024-2025:Painting all the exposed surfaces of the gate, embedded parts, Platform, and handrail with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns, so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool.

11.37:Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

10.1:Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Appendix c- Information board

8.6a:Direction and Place Identification Signs with size more than 0.9 sqm size Board (Type XI) Providing and fixing of direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign with 10 years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of ASTM D 4956-09 Type XI micro prismatic grade sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm, with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 40x40x6 and supported on suitably designed GI pipe pole not less than 50mm NB , 2 Nos. confirming to IS 1239, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 mm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc.
