Appendix B - Installation of Micro Irrigation

OD33728/2024-2025:Survey and installation of Community Micro Irrigation System with electronically controlled valves in the project area including Preparation of Operation Manual, formation of Water Users Association, Training to the farmers, Cost of related all accessories such as automatic Primary Filtration , Secondary Filtration, (the filters shall be suitable for groundwater or surface water according to the site condition), Feeder Main, In field Valves, solenoid valves, Pressure release valves, Pressure gauges, Safety Accessories and Drip irrigation System, drip irrigation system with sub surface mains, sub mains and surface supply laterals to cover agricultural area, Fertigation Equipment (Venturi), Main and Sub main PVC/HDPE, Trenching and excavation for pipeline,pressure regulator, Drip manifold accessories, laterals, Pressure compensating drippers, and VFD starter accessories like connectors, bend, coupling, elbow, end cap and other items and all the documents for electricity connections if necessary, sensors for water content analysis, soil testing at frequency as required and automation where the farmers are willing, with experienced staff, machinery and equipment for execution, quality control arrangements, preparation of production plan, obtaining consent from farmers for laying pipes and allied works in their property, market study, forming Farmers Association and advising farmers on crop selection based on water availability market study and all materials, fittings, adhesives shall be as per the specifications and standards of BIS/International codes, including operation and maintenance for three years as mentioned in the tender documents. But, exclude the cost of pumps at source and tank and also exclude the cost of supply and laying of main supply line from source to water tank.

Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 340kg/cum. Excess or less cement as per design is not payable or recoverable. All work above plinth level upto floor V level.

22.23.1:Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin- charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm
