OD84610/2023-2024:Dismantling the 31-60 HP starters by parts draining out the oil, cleaning the tank, terminal contacts, cutting, leveling and polishing the contacts, cleaning contacts wherever necessary, checking the tripping mechanism, replacing the damaged wires, attending minor repairs, cleaning the oil,(in case of oil starters ), refitting, resetting and making the starter in good working condition_

OD88113/2023-2024:Dismantling the 61- 110 HP pump of motor pump set taking out the impeller shaft assembly, detaching impeller shaft assembly, Reconditioning the worn out shaft by welding, mettaling, cutting,grinding ,and dynamically balancing etc. refitting the same in pump_

OD88114/2023-2024:Dismantling the 61-110 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, test running including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.-

OD84611/2023-2024:Lifting the 5-10 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block,rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.-

OD88025/2023-2024:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 31-60 HP Slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter and slip ring unit, replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump and starter ( excluding motor rewinding ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed._

OD88026/2023-2024:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 61-110 HP Slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board etc including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter and slip ring unit, replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump and starter ( excluding motor rewinding ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed._

OD88027/2023-2024:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 5-15 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc including attending all repairs, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, maintaince of the motor pump sets , pipes , starter and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed._

OD84620/2023-2024:Seperate the motor in to stator and rotor , remove the whole burnt stator coil by cutting, pulling and cleaning the slots.Insulating the slots by using nomex paper, rewinding the complete stator slots by using same gauge new copper super enameled winding wire and taping coils.Providing new lead wires, sockets etc.Varnishing the coil using best quality insulation varnish and baking the coils, reassembling and test run the motor.(Less the cost of scarp copper wire)-

OD167909/2023-2024:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor after dismantling the damaged rotor winding from the rotor slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new rotor lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying
