315 KVA transformer repair

OD228572/2024-2025:Dismantle all the electric connection from the damaged 315 KVA out door type oil cooled transformer after taking mandatory safety precaution in HT line, lower the transformer safely, by crane , necessary equipment and labour, take out the transformer very carefully from the yard and loading into the vehicle by using crane etc and conveying from pump house to workshop at Mannar, Changanssery, Kottayam including transportation and labour charges .

OD228573/2024-2025:Carry out preliminary inspection and tests , diagnosing the fault 315 KVA transformer, remove the transformer top cover, draining out the oil ,dismantle bush stem , remove core coil assembly and cleaning the tank, remove the whole burnt primary HT winding , cleaning and resetting the core, rewind the whole transformer coil firmly by using required size insulated aluminium winding wire after providing required insulating materials and oven drying the transformer core coil assembly, reclamation of the drained transformer oil, scraping , cleaning and painting the transformer tank with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after doing the necessary welding work, reassemble the transformer with LN and HV coils using new insulation including fabrication work of new LV box and replacing all damaged gasket including top cover gasket, HV and LV bushings gasket, planch gasket, LV box cover gasket, conservator tank gasket, explosion vent gasket, oil level glass, transformer tanking work, filtration of oil, testing of transformer, reset the transformer and covering the top cover etc with good quality gasket and sealing washers etc. Fill required quantity transformer oil and providing silica gel breather bottle and require all other accessories.
