Chipping & removing existing damaged RCC parapet wall of employees' canteen including tie beams and existing PCC lining over the roof slab at all heights and levels carefully by manually or using suitable equipment without damaging the remaining structures including disposal of debris and unwanted materials from the site as directed by the company officials etc. including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, scaffolding, PPE's etc. complete as per standard specification NOTE: 1. The contractor shall bring all scaffolding materials, tools & plants, etc. at his risk & cost. 2. The contractor shall cover the windows/doors/glass paneled area, Lean to roofing water lines etc. while execution of the work at his risk & cost. 3. The contractor shall arrange minimum two personnel to control the movement of vehicles/employees and assurance of safety on parapet demolishing and other works days at his risk & cost. 4. The contractor shall be responsible for all damages/loss to the IREL during the execution of the contract, all the rectification expenses shall be meet by the contractor at his risk & cost.

Cement block Masonry for parapet wall at employees' canteen at all heights & levels in employees' canteen roof area in cement mortar 1:6 etc. including all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, loading / unloading charges hire charges tools and plants etc. complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement.

Plastering with CM 1:4,15mm thick one coat at all heights and levels floated hard and trowelled smooth including for patch plastering work etc. including cost and conveyance of materials labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, watering and curing etc. complete as per standard specification. but excluding cost of cement
