Earth Work in excavation (up to 1.50 M Depth) Foundation for machines/pumps /bunkers, trenches, drains, of all areas, in all kind of soils by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means, including getting out the excavated soil, loading, unloading, stacking of excavated material required for backfilling, disposal of the surplus excavated soils for lead up to 1.0 KM and lift up to 1.50m , regular pumping of accumulated surface water is essential to sustain dry working conditions and prevent delays at contractor’s risk & cost. The rate for the work includes all labour charges, hire charges for tools & plants, hiring charges of machineries, shoring & strutting materials etc.(The contractor shall take all precautions and measures to ensure safety of works and workman and shall be fully responsible for the same. Safety pertaining to construction works such as excavation, centering and shuttering, trenching, demolition, electric connections, scaffolds, ladders, working platforms, gangway, electric and gas welding, use of hoisting and construction machinery shall be governed by relevant safety codes and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm and down grade stone aggregate for base concrete of GL reservoir raft foundation, foundations of machines/pumps/bunkers, trenches, drains etc.afterleveling, watering and proper consolidating by mechanical means / manual means(.Concrete should be mixed with mixer machine compacted with mechanical vibrator). The rate including all cost conveyance of materials hire charges for tools and plants, hire and labour charges for shuttering, all labour charges for mixing, laying, ramming, curing etc. complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement.

Supplying & Placing RMC M-35 mix for GL Reservior& bunker raft foundationsetc.including all cost and conveyance of RMC with add mixtures, hire charges for concrete motor pumps and boom placers, shuttering materials, all labour charges, watering,curing etc.complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of MS reinforcement. (Concrete should be compacted with mechanical/electric vibrator) RMCM-35ConcreteSpecification: Grade: M35, Mix Ratio: Approximately 1:1.5:3 (Cement :Fine Aggregates :Coarse Aggregates), Characteristic Compressive Strength: 35 MPa (After 28 days), Cement Type: Portland Cement 53 grade (Type OPC or similar), Maximum Aggregate Size: Typically 20mm, Water-Cement Ratio: As per mix design Admixtures: As per mix design (if required), Workability: Slump value as per project requirement Costs and Services: Material Cost & Conveyance: The material cost at the work site, within IREL premises, covers essentials such as cement, aggregates, water, and any necessary admixtures. The item rate includes the transportation of RMC from the batching plant to the IREL construction site in Transit mixers and it should be clean, in good working condition, and capable of preventing segregation of the concrete during transportation. Concrete Motor Pump & Boom Placer Hire Charges: Concrete placement requires the use of concrete motor pumps and boom placers. The hire charges & operational charges & all other charges are included in the contractor's quoted rates. Testing and Certification: To guarantee quality and adherence to specifications, RMC test certificates shall be submitted. These certificates outline mix proportions, compressive strength, and other pertinent properties. The cost associated with testing and certification may be incorporated into the in the Contractor's quoted rates. It is important to note that IREL does not entertain any price escalation beyond the initially quoted rates at any circumstances such influenced by market dynamics, raw material prices, and other relevant factors. THE BIDDER SHOULD BE GO THROUGH THE SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT (SCOC) FOR THE AWARENESS BEFORE QUOTED THEIR RATES

RCC M15 (1:2:4)for Bunker walls, columns footings etc. by using 20mm &downgraded stone aggregate including all cost & conveyance of materials, loading & un loading charges, hire &labour charges for shuttering/form work, labour charges for mixing, laying, ramming, watering & curingetc.at all heights and levels but excluding cost of cement & M.S bar etc. complete as per standard specification (Concrete should be mixed with mixer machine compacted with mechanical vibrator)

Supply &fixing PVC water stopper bars in all construction joints of Ground Level reservoir walls to preventing water leakage through expansion and construction joints and this PVC water stopper bar that measures 150mm in width and 6mm or 8mm in thickness.The bar might feature a ribbed or textured surface for improved adhesion with the concrete. This type of water stopper bar would be installed as a single line along all construction joints within the reservoir. During installation, the PVC water stopper bar would be embedded within the concrete at the location of the construction joint. It's vital that the bar is securely fixed to the concrete to prevent displacement during the concrete pouring and curing process. The rate of this item is included all cost and conveyance of materials, loading & unloading charges, labour charges for fixing in construction joints at heights and levels etc. complete as per standard specification

MS reinforcement (FE 550 - Make: TATA, JSW,VISAK) bent, tied and placed in position for all RCC works using approved make at all heights & levels including all cost and conveyance of MS bars &binding wire, loading unloading charges, , all labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding with approved annealed binding wires or welding wherever required etc.complete as per std. Plastering in cm 1:3, 15mm thick one coat at all heights and levels floated hard and troweled smooth including all cost and conveyance of materials, water proofing admixtures and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, watering and curing etc. complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement.

Fabrication and erection of GI pipes for the work of hand rails, ladders etc. by using 80mm NB & 50mm NB (make Jindal, TATA, or equivalent with ISI Marks ), MS plates by welded or bolted connection at all heights and levels, applying two coats epoxy paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac/ICI make over a priming coat of epoxy primer including all Structural materials, Painting materials , all consumables, labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, necessary scaffolding all conveyance charges, loading /unloading charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Painting the in/out side walls of GL reservoir walls, bunker structures etc. with Acrylic exterior paintof approved quality andcolour (Asian/Berger/ICI make) two coats over the one coat of cement primer (plane coating or zebra line coating) after cleaning the surface at all heights and levels including all cost and conveyance of materials, all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supply & stacking ISI mark best quality 43 grade Portland cement (OPC/PPC) approved make and in well packed condition including all cost and conveyance of materials, loading & unloading charges, stacking at suitable place for consuming as and when require etc. complete as per standard specification (Payment will be made only for actual quantity of cement consumed)
