Earthwork in excavation for ground leveling in all types of soils, using mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) or manual methods. The work includes excavation, consolidation, watering, removal of excess soil/sand from the site, and unloading. All costs associated with conveyance, hire charges for tools, and mechanical equipment are to be included, ensuring the work is carried out as per standard specifications and guidelines.

"Supplying and placing RMC of M-7.5 mix (cement content of 200 Kg/m³) for base concrete in flooring and road construction. The work includes all costs associated with the conveyance of RMC with addmixtures , hire charges for concrete motor pumps, boom placers/pump, and shuttering materials. It also covers all labour charges, watering, curing, and compacting the concrete using mechanical or electric vibrators, ensuring complete adherence to standard specifications. The cost of MS reinforcement is excluded’’. The placement of concrete requires the use of concrete motor pumps and boom placers. All hire charges, operational costs, and any other associated expenses are included in the contractor's quoted rates. No additional claims for these charges will be entertained. To ensure quality and compliance with specifications, RMC test certificates must be submitted. These certificates shall include details on mix proportions, compressive strength, and other relevant properties. The costs associated with testing and certification are to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. It is important to note that IREL will not entertain any price escalation beyond the initially quoted rates under any circumstances, including factors such as market dynamics, fluctuations in raw material prices, or other relevant influences. Bidders are required to thoroughly review the Special Conditions of the Contract (SCOC) to ensure full awareness before submitting their rates.
