CABLE TRAY

Supply and fixing of Perforated Cable tray with horizontal & vertical bends, reducers, Tee's, cross over, suitable supports and brackets and other accessories as required confirming to IEC-61537. The Tray shall be galvanized for corrosion protection confirming to DIN EN 10346 / ISO 1461. The trays should be tested for a max. safe working load of 150 Kgs with a span distance of 1.5 meters and the deflection should be within the limits as per standard. The safety factor shall be 1.7 times of the safe working load. The perforated tray shall be supplied with the standard length of 3 Mtr.100 mm width X 60mm Height

HT CABLE SUPPLY, LAYING, & END TERMINATION

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL / HDPE pipe as required.Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

HT CABLE END TERMINATION

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. 3C x 150 sq.mm..

RING MAIN UNIT Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of dust and vermin proof, floor mounted, free standing cubicle type, communicable type 11kV Metal Enclosed Outdoor Extensible at one end, Compact Ring Main Add On Unit with joining box made out of robotically welded stainless steel tank of IP67 class of protection fully compartmentalized complete with hinged and earthed front doors interlocked with the earth switch. The switch-gear should have the minimum degree of protection (in accordance with IEC 60529). - IP 67 for the tank with high voltage components - IP 54 for the front covers of the mechanism - IP54 for the cable connection covers. Outgoings - 11kV, 630A, 21kA, 350 MVA, Motor operated, Compact, Outdoor, Non draw out type VCB with O/C & EF self powered Relays + TP Disconnector, etc. - 1 Sets Rate shall be inclusive of pre-commissioning test with all accessories and requirements for successful pre-commissioning of unit, as instructed by engineer in charge/consultant and in accordance with all relevant standards and requirements.

250 kVA COMPACT SUBSTATION: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 250 kVA 11kV/433V indoor cast resin dry type laser scribed CRGO core transformer, (Copper Double Wound) having a continuous rating for 11kV / 433V 3 phase 50 Hz. Vector group Dyn 11 with tapping +5 % to -10% in steps of 2.5 % by tap links, include separate winding temperature indicator for each phase and core in the Transformer. The Transformer have 630A HT SFU at HT side with HT metering cubicle and 400A, 36kA, FP, µP based MCCB set at 333A having isolation duty and earth fault release and standby low set earth fault relay using CT at neutral earthing conductor at LT side and it should be connected through bus bars of adequate capacity. The transformer should have cable end box on HV side suitable for 3CX300 Sq.mm XLPE cable and LV side suitable for 2RX3.5CX300 sq.mm A2XFY cable, with all accessories, complete as required as per State electricity board, ECBC, IE rules specifications. The transformer shall confirm to IS 2067/77, 11171/1985 with latest amendment etc. complete. 11 KV Indoor Load Break With Panel shall be with 11kV, 630A, 26.3 kA, LBS, HT HRC Fuse, Seal off bushings, Copper Bus Bar, Support Insulators, connections and inter connections, earthing etc.The indoor metering panel box shall be fully compartmentalized complete with hinged and earthed front doors interlocked with earth switch with 3 phase 4 way 110V (L-L), 5A, class: 0.2 S, TOD meter with RS485 port, of Electricity board approved make including all necessary accessories for fixing and connection complete as required getting tested and approved from statutory authorities, providing connection/inter-connections as required for complete installation and as instructed by the engineer in charge/consultant. Also unit shall comprise of 3 Nos CT's of 10VA burden, and class Cl: 0.2 S and ratio depending on contract demand including fixed type PT of ratio 11kV/110V, 100VA, Cl: 0.2 (1 No.) and seal off bushings, space heater with thermostat including 630A Aluminium bus bars with support insulators and all other accessories as required for complete installation as required and instructed by engineer in charge/consultant.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

EARTHING PROTECTION

Providing maintenance free Earthing system comprises of molecularly bonded copper of 99.9% purity on low carbon steel of 3m length , having a diameter of 14.2 mm with copper coating thickness of 250 microns with fault current withstand capability of 13 KA rms value for 1 second and I peak of 31 KA. Universal Clamp (14 25 RTC) made of SS 304 for clamping. Earth enhancing compound is used for improving the soil conductivity. The material shall be mineral inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment and non corrosive to earth rod. The material should have a resistivity less than 0.2 Ωm. It should be free from hazardous substances The mineral compound is required to have 25 kg/pit of the total composite. Polypropylene & Polyethylene (UFE) Earth electrode inspection chamber with heavy duty cover should be used to cover the Earth Rod. The dimension shall be 250mmx 250mmx 250mm with a weight bearing capacity of 50KN.

Supply, installation and tesing of 1200mmx1200mmx12mm CI plate electrode earth station conforming to IS:3043-1987 / NEC / IEE complete with brick masonry chamber, CI cover, CI frame, GI watering pipe of 50 mm dia with funnel having 20G GI wire mesh etc. The CI cover frame/ chamber shall be of 1000mm x 500mm x 600mm size. CI manhole cover with frame shall be painted with bitumastic paint, identification of earthpit with yellow paint below the chamber cover, mixtures of charcoal & common salt around electrode including digging of pit up to permanent moisture level but not less than 3 metre depth and back filling. (Value of earth resistance should be less than 1 ohm )

SAFETY EQUIPMENTS & MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

Supply and fixing of 4 Kg ABC Dry Powder (Stored Pressure) Type Fire Extinguisher. pressurized with dry nitrogen gas at 15 bar. Design, construction and testing as per IS 2171-1999 external epoxy powder coating with PO Red Shade No. 538 of IS 5, Supplied with standard accessories.

Supply and providing 2/3 mm thick sythetic type and 1 m wide electrical grade chequered type rubber mat to withstand 3.3 kV dielectric strength conforming to IS 5429/1969.

Supply and providing First Aid Box.

Supply and providing laminated First Aid chart duly framed and placed in a conspicuous location for clear vision.

Supply & fixing Laminated drawings of electrical lay out, schematic drawing etc on good frame work

Supply and providing MS chequered plate of suitable thickness including cutting, welding, painting etc. as required for cable duct covering etc.

Supplying and installing at approved location approved make fire buckets of 24 gauge galvanized steel sheet, standard 9 litre capacity and of round bottom shape, painted white inside and red outside and black on the bottom, inscribed with letters “FIRE” in black and gold or , duly painted over a coat of primer. Cost inclusive of providing 3 Nos of fire buckes and MS stand frame.

Supply of 1 pair 11 KV rubber hand gloves of approved make.

Supply and providing 12 mm thick and 1 m wide electrical grade chequered type rubber mat to withstand 11 kV dielectric strength conforming to IS 5429/1969

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of necessary grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) for transformer foundation.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of adequate size for 150 Sqmm XLPE Cable laying at road crossing direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required.

PREPARATION OF ALL DRAWINGS

Preparation of all drawings submitting and getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate, submitting of Completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting sanctions and energisation certificates, test reports. Preperation of shop drawings for execution at site and getting the approved by engineer in charge/consultant before execution at site, preperation of As-built drawings of installation upon completion. Obtaining manuals, technical details,as-built/GA drawings of all equipments from concerned and also obtaining all necessary sanctions from relevant regulatory boards, submitting of test certificates of all equipments obtaining power allocation & power connection etc. for commissioning of the whole installation in the premises. All statutory payments will be reimbursed on production of the original receipts.
