The required prior work experience for the bidder is in "Similar Works", which includes Repairing, Annual afloat/Dry dock repair works of vessels, dredgers, ships, barges, ship building, repairing, etc. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The required experience can be either of the following: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; - Two similar works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost; - One similar work completed not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have one completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender with some Government Department or Undertaking. The experience will be evaluated based on the value of completed works, and the bidder is required to provide prequalification work experience documents, including details of experience and copies of experience certificates for works of similar nature with satisfactory performance.
