Single sided Workstation Table: brSupplying, fabricating and installing Single sided Workstation Table of size 600mm width and height ranging 750mm to 800mm and vertical leg support at 1200 mm intervals max. with following specification. br1. Top, leg and front panel: - 24mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. The front panel shall be 100 mm from the outer edge of the table and leg shall be in line with the outer edge. br2. Keyboard tray, CPU stand and footrest of 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/Cold press machine lamination of 1mm. Foot rest & CPU stand shall be 100 mm from the floor. br3. All visible edges shall be covered with 2mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. br4. The table should be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. brThe table shall be tailored to meet the specific requirements/site conditions.brThe measurement shall be on the basis of table length in running meter. The contractor is required tobrsubmit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior tobrfabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as perbrthe approved list of make.

Double sided Workstation Table: brSupplying, fabricating and installing Double sided Workstation Table of size 1200mm width and height ranging 750mm to 800mm and vertical leg support at 1200 mm intervals max. with following specification. br1. The seperation panel shall be at center of the table and leg shall be in line with the outer edge. br2. Foot rest & CPU stand shall be 100 mm from the floor. br3.All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding.br4. Pedestal Unit with casters: Supplying, fabricating and installing Pedestal Unit of size 400 mmx 450mm x 700mm with following specification. 1.Panel: - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2. Drawers: 3 nos with soft close sliders,D handle and multipurpose lock. The bottom panel of the drawers shall be made of 9mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood and carcase for the drawers shall be made of 18mm IS 710 BWP marine plywood. 3. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 4. The pedestal should be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. The casters are installed at the four corners for easy movement. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in charge and as per the approved list of make

Panel work: Supplying, fabricating and installing of additional panels with following specification. 1.Panel:-16mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. Measurement shall be made on the basis of facia area. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engr in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the engineer in charge and as per the approved list of make.

Floor mounting storage unit: Supplying, fabricating and installing storage units of varying dimensions, length ranging from 800mm to 2400mm, width 450mm, height ranging from 900 mm to 2100mm with following specification. 1.Panel and door shutter: - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 3. The back panel of the storage unit shall be made of 9mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with 1 mm thick lamination. 4. The hardware includes 90 degree soft close hinges,multipurpose lock & D Handles. 5. The unit shall be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. Measurement shall be based on the facia area. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings,colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Overhead storage unit: Supplying, fabricating and installing wall mounting storage units of varying dimensions, depth 400 mm, height ranging from 600 mm to 750 mm with following specification. 1.Panel:- 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2.All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 3. The back panel of the storage unit shall be 12 mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with 1 mm thick lamination. 4. The hard ware includes 90 degree soft close hinges,multipurpose lock & D Handles. 5. The unit shall be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. Measurement shall be based on the facia area. Reception & Nurse station counters : Supply and installation of counters according to the design and approved detailed drawings. Front facia panel : - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding, approved finish marble for the bulkhead and fluted panel facia as outlined in the drawings. Include a SS 304 Grade toe kick on the bottom. Counter height may vary between 90-110cm based on site requirements. Measurements will be based on the facia area (height x width). Note that the cost for the pedestal unit and workstation table is not included. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings,colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Full height open storage unit: Supplying and installing Full height open storage units with adjustable shelves of length ranging from 700 mm to 900 mm, width 500 mm, height 2100mm with following specification. 1.Panel and shelves: - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2.All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 3. The back panel of the storage unit shall be made of 9mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with 1 mm thick interior lamination. 4.The unit shall be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. Measurement shall be based on the facia area. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings,colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Panelling for overhead storage units: Supply and fabrication of side panelling for overhead storage,bridging the gaps between storage units and the wall/columns with following specification. 1. Panel: -12mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick colour/shade shade shall match with the storage . 2. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 3. Panel shall be fixed using the means of L bracket which shall not be visible from outside. Measurement shall be based on the facia area. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Conference Table:brSupplying and installing Conference Table of size 4800 mm x 1200 mm x 750 mm with following specification. br1. Font & Horizontal Panel: 24mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick.br2. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. br3. Table Top: 32 mm thick(comprising two layers of 16 mm plywood on either side) IS 710 BWP marine plywood with 1 mm thick lamination and 10mm thick clear toughened beveled glass on top with necessary openingsbr4. Legs & Vertical Components: 24 mm thickIS 710 BWP marine plywood with 1 mm thick lamination on both sides.br5. The table shall be equipped with 2 nos Pop up boxes containing 2 nos 6/16 A 5 pin electrical sockets, 2 Nos HDMI ports and 2 Nos of Data sockets.br6. The unit shall be assembled using a knockdown fittings system.brThe table shall be obstruction free framed structure with panels placed 600 mm from the outer edge . The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc. to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in charge and as per the approved list of make.

Dining Table: Supplying and installing Dining Table of size 1500 mm x 750 mm x 750 mm with following specification. 1.Top Panel: - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding . 3. Table frame: shall be fabricated with 50mm x 50mm x 2mm thick MS tube frame,supported by legs of 50mm x 50mm x 2mm thick MS tubes, tie member of size 40mm x 80mm x 2mm thick MS tube and all tubular members shall be powder coated with a minimum thickness of 60 microns,and finished as approved. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Medicine bin rack:brSupplying and installing Medicine bin rack with length ranging from 600 mm to 900 mm, depth 400 mm, height 2100 mm with following specification. br1. Panel : - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. Rack includes GI Powder coated track to accommodate smooth operation of bins. Each unit requires approximately 60 bins.br2.All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5mm PVC edge banding. br3. The back panel of the storage unit shall be made of 9mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with 1 mm thick interior lamination. br4. The unit shall be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. br5. The rack includes bottom storage of 600 mm height with doors and necessary soft close SS hinges, SS D handle and lock.brMeasurement shall be based on the facia area. The dimensions of the rack and track shall be subject to site conditions to accommodate inside bins. Bins will be paid separately. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Medicine Plastic Bin: Supplying and installing high quality Medicine Bin of size 140 mm length x 110 mm height x 350 mm depth with single partitions inside the bin and necessary fittings as approved by the Engineer in charge.

Open storage unit with fixed shelves: Supplying and installing open storage units with fixed shelves of length ranging from 800 mm to 2400 mm, width 450 mm and height 900 mm to 2100mm with following specification. 1. Panel and shelves: - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 3. The back panel of the storage unit shall be made of 9mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with 1 mm lamination. 4. Horizontal spacing between shelves shall be 350 mm to 450 mm. 5. The unit shall be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. Measurement shall be based on the facia area. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Curtain Track:brProviding and fixing Aluminium curtain track as per following specification. brThe track shall be made out of Aluminium alloy ( 6063-T6), all corner of profile to have radius of 50mm, tensile strength of 195 Mpa, and a shear strength of 150 Mpa. Shape & Size tolerance shall be in accordance with IS 733- 1983. All materials shall be ROHS compliant with corrosion resistancebrproperties. The tracks shall be 50-60 micron standard traffic white powder coated (Mahacoat) with sevenbrstage processes. The tracks shall have drill guide on the top. Track Size: brGauge - 1.5 mm to 1.6 mm , 3.44 mm on top profile, height 27mm and width 20.4mm, runner shall be plastic HD, Deralin Roller with SS 302 Hooks. The roof suspenders shall bebrmade out of Aluminium pipe of 12.7 - 12.9mm diameter. The upper circular plate shall be made out of Aluminium with a diameter of 50.4mm.The outer surface shall be powder coated to approved finish and colour. The track shall be ceiling suspended using anchors, bolts, screws etc. Wall supports andbrBridge clamps shall be Aluminium powder coated and approved curtain colour and finish. Removal Point shall be made out of mild steel with Zinc for simple loading & unloading of curtains. Approval shall be obtained from the Engineer in Charge before proceeding with the installation.

Curtain cloth Providing and installation of hospital curtains with the following specifications. The curtians shall be Premium Quality Fabric Curtains:Stain Retardant Fabric with matching color450mm oval net on top. Complete with SS grommets

Corner Guard 50mm x 50mm: Providing and fixing corner guards made out of Stainless Steel 304/Aluminium with vinyl cover and ABS endcap Grade material of thickness 1mm with an inside rubber backup of thickness 1.5mm of approved make and shall be fitted to the corner of the wall to the finished wall tile using anchor screws. Each corner guard shall be of dimension 50mm x 50mm wings and 90 degree angle and of approved make. All as per direction and approval of Engineer in Charge.

Wall Guard 140mm: Providing and fixing Wall Guard having 140mm height x 25 mm depth, with an outer cover made out of PVC,PP/ABS with an interior core of high quality aluminium 6063- T5 with anti corrosive strips. The system shall resist an impact of 30.2 ft -lbs /inch as per ASTM D -256-90b and shall not support fungal or bacterial growth and also conform to Class A fire rating and ASTM D-543 for chemical and stain resistance. Wall guard to be fitted to the tile surface with adequate fasteners and anchor screws and braces. The thickness of vinyl and aluminium shall be 1.5mm.The surface texture shall be fire resistant . The units shall be of approved make and colour. All as per direction and approval of Engineer in Charge.

Brace for Wall Guard 140 mm: Providing and fixing Brace for wall guards. Brace shall be made out of PVC with a thickness of 1.5mm provided at an interval of 500mm.The units shall be of approved make and colour. All as per direction and approval of Engineer in Charge.

End cap 140mm: Providing and fixing End cap for wall guards with the following specification.The End cap shall be made out of PVC with a thickness of 1.5mm and shall be provided at edges of the guard. The units shall be of approved make and colour. All as per direction and approval of Engineer in Charge.

Elbow/ Bend 140 mm: Providing and fixing Elbow /Bends for wall guards with the following specification. The elbow shall be of height 140mm which shall be provided at the corners. The Outer Cover shall be made out of PVC,PP/ABS with an interior core of high quality aluminium design with anti corrosive strips. The thickness of vinyl and aluminium shall be 1.5mm. The surface texture shall be fire resistant. The items shall be of approved make and colour.All as per direction and approval of Engineer in Charge.

Supply and installation of 10mm toughened glass work top as per site requirements

Providing and fixing of 9.5mm lacquered glass (4mm lacquered + 1.5mm eva lamination+4mm clear glass) partition of height 60cm and required length matching to table as per site requirement of approved make, cost shall include company made patch fittings. Shade/color shall be prior approved by engineer in charge.
