Design, engineering, manufacture, quality surveillance, testing at manufacturer’s works, supply, transportation to site, erection, testing, commissioning, performance testing and maintenance (5 years) of 100 KWp capacity of Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) Power Plant for installation at the Administrative Building, KINFRA Defence Park, Ottapalam ON-grid type Solar Photovoltaic System with associated components as per site condiitons and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. These systems shall be complete with PV modules, inverters, junction boxes, AC & DC distribution boards, cables, communication interface, Solar metering and Net metering and any other accessories necessary for totally safe and efficient operation of the ON-grid SPV system. The intended system is ON-grid type Photo Voltaic (PV) power plant which will be integrated with the low tension (LT) power system of the buildings to meet the internal electricity requirements. The LT distribution operates at 415V, 50Hz, 3-phase AC supply. Separate earthing for lightning protection, structures, DC DB, Inverters, AC DB, gland earthing for AC DB. All screws, nuts and bolts used shall be of Stainless Steel only. All supports shall be made of corrosion proof material. All BIDDERS shall visit the site and familiarize themselves with site conditions before submitting their bids. All the santions/approvals for the above work, obtaining available Govt. Subsidies & Incentives for the work and all the liasoning works for KSEB integration will lies with the contractor
