Workstation table (Behind Counters) - Providing and installing Workstation Table of width 600mm Behind the counters using IS 710 BWP Marine Plywood (Make -Archid/Sunmica/Green Ply). Lamination using 1 MM (Make Archid Lam / Merino / Sunmica / Greenlam). The plywood with lamination shall be factory hot / cold pressed. The front panel provided at an offset of 100 mm from the outer edge/counter to have service/switch sockets .supporting leg panels to be placed at distance of 90-120cm.All the visible edges to be covered with 2mm & unexposed edges with 0.5mm PVC Edge band wherever required.The Table shall be fully assembled using knockdown fittings of Mini Fix System with approved make. Side & top patition shall be of 24 MM thick and front panel to have min 14mm thick including laminate. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before installation.Size: As per site conditions

Providing 3 Drawers. Hardware using - Soft Close Slider, Multipurpose lock, Knobe etc approved make. Unit fully installed by knockdown fitting - Minifix/ dowel system. Bottom panel of the drawer using 9MM BWP 710 Grade marine plywood.

Unit shall be properly anchored to wall using fastners. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before installation.

Executive chair -Highback :- The seat shall made up of plywood and moulded polyurethane foam upholstered with fabric. Backrest assembly is of injection moulded plastic with black mesh fabric and height adjustable lumbar support pad and adjustable headrest. The moulded polyurethane foam for seat is with density=50-55 kg/m 3;.The dimensions of seat shall be- 48 cm(W) x 45 cm(D) and of back shall be 46.5 cm(W) x 51.5 cm(H). Armrest has button operated height adjustment . The arm top is made of soft moulded PU with MS in sert. The mechanism of chair shall have following features:360 degree revolving type, Synchronous 1 Mechanism.The chair shall be provided with Class 4 pneumatic height adjustment which shall have stroke of 112 mm. The pedestal shall be injection moulded in black GF nylon and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. The size of the pedestal shall be 65.0 +/- 1 cm pitch-centre-dia (70.0 +/- 1.0 cm with castors). The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in black polypropylene. The cushioned head support is adjustable in height and angle for optimum user comfort. Overall dimensions of Chair shall be, Width of Chair - 70.0cm, Depth of Chair - 70.0 cm as measured from pedestal below. Height from ground - min 92.5 to max 103.0 cm. Seat height - min 41 cm to max 51.5 cm. Dimensions tolerance / variations shall be within +/- 1 cm. Chair tested as per ANSI/BIFMA x5.1 standards

Medium back chair :-The cushioned seat assembly shall consists of moulded polyurethane foam upholstered with fabric. The foam is assembled over a 12mm thick hot pressed plywood . The back shall made up of two piece injection moulded frame. The inner frame shall be upholstered with mesh fabric and mounted on the main assembly.Lumber support made up of injection moulded in black P.P and upholstered with PU foam. Lumber support size 16 cm (W) x 9 cm (H) at fixed position Size of back shall be (W)-55cm, (H)-58.0cm & size of seat shall be (W)-50 cm x (D)-44.0cm. Armrest is fixed arm rest. The arm top is made of soft moulded PU .The mechanism of chair shall have following features:360 degree revolving type, Synchro 1 mechanism, Tilt tension adjustment. The chair shall be provided with pneumatic height adjustment which shall have stroke of 95 +/- 5 mm. The pedestal shall be made of nylon. it shall be fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. The size of the pedestal shall be 65.0 +/- 1 cm pitch-centre-dia (70.0 +/- 1.0 cm with castors). The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in PP . Overall dimensions of Chair shall be, Width of Chair - 70.0cm, Depth of Chair - 70.0 cm as measured from pedestal below. Height from ground - min 102.5 to max 111.5 cm. Seat height - min 44.5 cm to max 53.5 cm. Dimensions tolerance / variations shall be within +/- 1 cm. Chair tested as per ANSI/BIFMA x5.1 standards.The product shall be of approved make and colour. The model shall be Wipro or equivalent.

Visitors Chair - 3 Seater Three seater perforated metal bench -Cross beam and Leg shall be powder coated made of cold rolled steelwith 0.2 ± 0.01 cm thickness. Seat-Back shell shall be 1.2 mm thk powder-coated perforated shell made from cold rolled M.S. sheet 0.12 ± 0.013 cm thickness. The Side Bar shall be made of powdercoated solid steel with in serts. The Shell shall be assembled on the Cross Beam with help of bolts . Seat width- 54.5 cm per seat. Thickness of side bars is 4.5cm & gap between seats is 2cm. Overall Dimensions shall be Seat Height - 40.6 cm, Height - 77.5cm, Width & Depth of Chair as measured from ground - Width-176.5 cm and Depth-71 cm.Dimensions tolerance / variations shall be within +/- 1 cm.

Curtain Track Providing and fixing aluminium curtain track as per following specification.The track shall be made out of Aluminium alloy ( 6063-T6) with all Corner of profile having radius of 50mm,tensile Strength of 195 MPA, and a shear strength of 150 MPA. The Shape and Size tolerance shall be in accordance with IS 733- 1983. All materials shall be ROHS compliant with Corrosion resistance properties.The track shall be 50-60 micron Standard traffic white powder coated (Mahacoat) with seven stage processes. The Tracks shall have drill guide on the top. Track Gauge - 1.5 mm to 1.6 mm , 3.44 mm on top Profile Size 27mm x 20.4mm, HD Deralin Roller with SS 302 Hooks. The roof clamps shall be made out of aluminum pipe of 12.7 - 12.9mm diameter. The Upper Circular Plate shall be made out of aluminum with a diameter of 50.4mm.The outer surfacce shall be powder coated to approved finish and colour. The track shall be ceiling suspended using anchors, bolts, screws etc. Wall Supports & Bridge Clamps shall be aluminum powder coated to approved Curtain colour and finish. Removal Point shall be made out of mild steel with Zinc for simple loading & unloading of curtains. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before installation.

Curtain -Providing and installation of hospital curtains with the following specifications. The curtains shall be Premium Quality Fabric Curtains:Stain Retardant Fabric with matching color 450mm oval net on top. Complete with SS grommets. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before installation.

Dining table.Providing and installing in position Dining table of size 1500mmx750mmx750mm high with the following specification. The table top shall be made up of 18mm thick IS 710 BWP Marine Ply Wood (Make - Archid/Sunmica/Green Ply) All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC edge banding on both sides. Table top shall be mounted on 50mmx50mmx2mm thick MS tube frame supported with legs made of 50x50x2mm thick Square MS tubes powder coated with Tie member made out of 40mmx80mmx2mm thick rectangular powdercoat finished with minimum of 60 microns thickness finished of approved colour. Table Dining:- 1500mm X 750mm X 750mm. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before installation

Dining Chair. The seat and back shall be injection moulded in Polypropylene. They shall be fitted on the understructure assembly and shall be fixed with screws. The chair shall be available in selected colours only. Approximate Back Size shall be: 42.0cm. (W) X 38.5 cm. (H). and Approximate Seat Size shall be: 46 cm. (W) X 39.5 cm. (D). The understructure assembly shall be made of MSERW PIPE PIPE:Dia 19x1.6 and silver powder coated ( DFT 40-60 microns ). Overall Dimensions of Chair shall be Seat Height - 46.5 cm, Height - 83.0cm, Width & Depth of Chair as measured from base - Width-42.0cm and Depth-46 cm. Dimensions tolerance / variations shall be within +/- 1 cm.

Corner Guard 50X50MM Supply and installation of corner guards made out of Stainless Steel 304 Grade material of thickness 1mm with an inside rubber backup of thickness 1.5mm of approved make and shall be fitted to the corner of the wall to the finished wall tile using anchor screws or adhesive. Each corner guard shall be of dimension 50mmx50mmx1500mm(H) and of approved make.

Wall Guard 140MM.Supply and installation of Wall Guards with the following specification. The wall Guards shall be of height 140mm with an outer cover made out of PVC,PP/ABS with an interior core of high quality aluminium design with anti corrosive strips. The wall guards shall be fitted to the tile surface with adequate fasteners and anchor screws and braces. The thickness of vinyl and aluminium shall be 1.5mm.The surface texture shall be fire resistant . The units shall be of approved make and colour.

Brace for Wall Guard 140MM Supply and installation of Brace for wall guards with the following specification. The Brace shall be made out of PVC with a thickness of 1.5mm. The Brace shall be provided at an interval of 500mm.

End Cap 140MM Supply and installation of End cap for wall guards with the following specification. The End cap shall be made out of PVC with a thickness of 1.5mm. The End cap shall be provided at edges of the guard.

Elbow/ Bend 140MM.Supply and installation of Elbow for wall guards with the following specification. The elbow shall be of height 140mm which shall be provided at the corners. The Outer Cover shall be made out of PVC,PP/ABS with an interior core of high quality aluminium design with anti corrosive strips. The thickness of vinyl and aluminium shall be 1.5mm.
