Detailed Engineering including structural design and foundation design taking in to consideration all possible loads as per relevant standards and applicable wave load etc as per marine/offshore condition, Procurement of all building materials conforming to Indian/International standard as applicable required for proposed permanent structure and all temporary structures for the satisfactory erecting/ installing/ constructing the proposed structure and Construction of all parts of the structure including proposed Sea-Pier, (including installation of temporary structures that are deemed necessary during construction) , permanent access to Sea –Pier from sea shore, necessary protective systems like hand-rails/ protection /crash barriers wall . The design and construction shall ensure safety , serviceability and durability . The rate quoted shall be all inclusive and no extra payment shall be applicable under any circumstance. All exterior treatment for protection of the structure from aggressive marine atmosphere, provision of anti-corrosive reinforcing bars etc shall also be considered in the quote. Electrical, works Fire protection etc. shall also be covered in the quote. Work can be started only after approval of the drawings and specifications .
